Making up lost section of concrete / mortar with thermoset repair mortar is 1 component thermoset dual shrinkage compensated fibre reinforcement formulation for structural members build up section by hand packing as per manufactures specification applied by men of hand gloves by expert applicator the rehabitated surface should be free from air gaps ,voids should be inline with existing required line and line with existing surface ,including curing cleaning the area etc complete .The work should be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet , safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor, specification - a)Compressive strength should be ~65MPa according to EN12190 and C70 according to EN 13892-2. b) Modulus Elasticity in compression should be >20GPa according to EN 13412. c) Tensile strength in flexure should be ~ 8.5MPa for 7 days and ~11MPa for 28 days according to EN 12190 and F10 according to EN 13892-2. d) Tensile Adhesion Strength should be >2,0MPa according to EN 1542. e) Shrinkage should be ~500m at +20c 65% relative humidity after 28 days according to EN 12617-4 . f) Abrasion Resistance should be <6cm3/50cm2 according to EN 13893 and wear resistance should be A6 according to EN 13892-3. g) Thermal compatibility should be >2,0MPa according to EN 12687-1 h) Capillary absorption should be <0,5 kg.m.h according to EN 13057. i)Water penetration under pressure should be 5mm according to EN 12390-8. j)Carbonation Resistance should be dk< control concrete MC (0,45)according EN 13295 etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing weld mesh as per detailed specification in form of 50X50X12 SWG weld mesh to columns and beams and slab and anchoring it to the element with binding wire of GI plumbers , nails etc. Complete etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing chicken mesh made out of 22/24 gauge wire with opening of 25 mm x 25mm or less as approved over junctions of RCC brickwork or any other similar materials , nailing the chicken mesh with wire nails at 200-250 mm c/c prior to plastering , all labour and materials complete etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and Applying 940 GSM unit directional glass fibre sheet, the surface to be applied with prepared in round or with minimum two dimension the same is applied with two component epoxy primer by paint brush to fill all the gaps , sent etch and left for curing, the saturant 2 component epoxy is applied on the surface liberally and fiber glass sheet is applied / fixed on the structural element , the mat is saturated properly and made with additional mechanical bonding , cleaning surface and the vicinity etc. The work should be carried out With All The Safety measures like, helmet safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing glass / carbon laminate 50 mm x 2.5 mm on the structural membrane to take additional bending moment and shear to RCC slab, beam etc by expert team of fixers with required bonding of high grade epoxy. The work should be carried out with all safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under supervision of qualified supervisor etc complete. Providing and apply of pultruded carbon fibre plate for structural strengthening. Product requirement : approved by fib, technical report. Bulleting 14: E – module : 1.65 x 105 N/mm2 : Tensile strength > = 2800 N/MM2: Strength at break > 1.7% : temperature resistance > 150 degree C . Along with supply and apply a solvent free, epoxy bases, thixotropic, structural 2 part adhesive for plate bonding. Providing and laying 15mm thk. Acid proof tiles of an approved , quality, make, pattern and size for flooring in the areas like battery rooms etc. Including cement mortar bedding of 25 mm thick in 1:4 proportion ,cutting , levelling , jointing , filling the joints in acid proof epoxy mortar of approved colour and shades, curing, finishing etc. Complete as per manufactures specification etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
