Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width including getting out and disposal of excavated earth within DAE colony and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:All kind of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in over areas / foundations (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kind of soils upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within DAE colony, complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Random rubble masonry as per IS 1597 with hard stone below and above plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse sand (conforming to IS 2116)) at following depth and height including scaffolding, raking out joints, simultaenous flush poining, curing, complete as specified and directed

Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks Above FFL upto V floor level conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at height/depth mentioned below with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse Sand (conforming to IS 2116)} including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

HALF BRICK masonry as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of class designation 7.5 or above as specified above FFL upto V floor level in partitions walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 crushed coarse sand), including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing and with Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M15 (1:2:4) stiffeners of depth 75mm at every 900 mm height including form work, curing etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding reinforcement. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement morar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)} fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 12 mm thick for internal walls in cement morar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)} fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Repair of plaster of thickness up to 20 mm up to 4 story building or 15 mtr with Polymer Modified Cementitious mortar (proportion-Cement 50 kg :Silica 125kg: polymer liquid 10 liters) with necessary bond coat (polymer : cement =1:1 by volume) for tack coat Including cutting the patch in proper shape,curing, raking out the joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wall, covering the flooring/window with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material cleaning of floor/Window throughly on completion of repair work etc. complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within DAE Colony, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within DAE colony premises complete as specified and directed

Providing wood work with CP teakwood in frames for doors & cupboards using II class teakwood at all heights above plinth level wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing with suitable size of coach screws wherever required / M.S. hold fasts of size 40 mm x 3 mm and 200 mm long, bent to shape embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks for door frames, fixed in position with necessary lugs rawl plugs and screws and coach screws, applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces of door frame and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete, etc., complete as indicated in drawings and as directed.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with heavy duty butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of 12 mm thick one side Pre-laminated particle board (decorative lamination on one side and other sides balancing lamination) grade -1, medium density flat pressed, three layer particle board FPT - I or graded wood particle board FPT-1 conforming to IS : 3087 bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 and pre-laminated conforming to IS : 12823, Grade -1, Type II marked : (including hevay duty SS butt hinges,Stainless steel 10 inches L-Drop, Two nos Stainless steel D handle (min 200 mm) for siggle lead and 4 nos for double leaf , One nos Stainless steel Tower Bolt for single leaf and 2 nos for double leaf of any godrej or any approved ): Single or Double leaf door shutter

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-30 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 390 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, including 2 coat of floor paint over a coat of primer as approved brand of asian/Dulux of required artistic shape , size and pattern and any etc including panel shutteing. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:2:4 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 300 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas.

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering using good quality densified film-faced Plywood of at least 12mm thick approved make conforming to IS 4990 including strutting, propping, staging made out of steel frames/H-frames/ Mild Steel (MS) Pipes/Cup and Lock System etc., and removal of the same as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying One (1) coat of shuttering oil (Cemol/Fosroc make/any other ) on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete,including PVC cover blocks etc., if required, for insitu Reinforced Concrete and in Plain Cement Concrete works etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The Formwork shall be designed and got approved from the Design Section before erection

Shotcreting R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs or on RR wall surface including up to height of 10 mtr scaffolding etc and erection of appropriate platform at height for operator. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in-Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument.-50mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 50 x50 mm mesh (wt. not less than 3.4 kg/Sqm) or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key at a distance of 500 c/c welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants including cleaining of surface by water jet pressure and reomving of exising paint by scarpping and any approved procedure inlcuding required scaffolding up to 10 mtr height complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Fixing Steel Hard drawn steel wire fabric reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing un-plasticised PVC (UPVC) rain water pipes of Dia 110 mm and Grade A of make Aashirvad/Supreme following dia with necessary PVC clamps and wooden gutties of approved make conforming to IS: 13592 with injection moulded fittings jointing with approved synthetic adhesive seal rings conforming to IS: 5382 embedding the slab junctions leakproof testing complete in line, level and plumb all as directed.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles of approved make of H & R Johnson, RAK, Kajariya or any other approved make in floor or Dadoo in required pattern and shape with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) or laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adesive ( water based) Conforming to IS 15477 in average 6mm thickness jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc . The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Surface rough by approved method for make the surafce rough to paste the new tiles incuding disposing off debris within DAE colony at designated place-- Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size-Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mmX 10 mm or as specified.

H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd. or equivalent approved make of approved colours, shade and texture in flooring / dado / skirting as per approved pattern. incluidng cost of all materials, including cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc, and making surface rough by chipping and disposing of debris outside out side school complete all as per specifications,drawings, relevant IS code & as directed by the EIC.-In dado / Skirting with tiles of 600X1200mm (Approx size)of M/s H&R johnson (India) Limited or approved equivalent fixed over 12 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing / fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based tile adhesive manufactured by M/s. Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut / hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cm 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc.and depositing the same at dept store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: i)All finished natural stones shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. ii)Agencies shall quote rate accordingly. Note : Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc shall not be measured. Frame joints shall be mitred joint / partly mitred joint as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Fixed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension including 5mm thick toughened glazing of make Modi/Saint Gobain complete as specified and directed.uPVC Profile shall be of make Greentech/Salamander.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all and two coat of approved syntheic enamel paint of Asian/Duralex complete. Fixed to wall by 8mm dia achor fasterner 2 nos at each side complete as specified and directed

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304 ) railing of make Jindal Stainless (JSL) or equivalent made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval including removing of Existing hand rails all complete as per instruction of Engineer-incharge, Disposing of the debris within DAE colony at designated place as shown by EIC.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including one coat of primer after cleaning of surfcae and before applying of Putty of approved make complete including required scaffolding up to 10 mtr height.Disposing of the debris within DAE colony at designated place as shown by EIC.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by weilding or by making a hole of required size and fillling by non-shrink grout, fixing 6-8 mm thick anchor fastners etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing,staircase railing and similar work up to height of G+4 of Quarters, including applying Primer coat along with two coat of paint complete as directed complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. equivalent to Asian Ultima or DUlux Professional weathersheild ultra clean or any other equivalent including required scaffolding up to 10 mtr height.Disposing of the debris within DAE colony at designated place as shown by EIC.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of Asian apcolite premium emilsion or Dulux Interior Acrylic premium Emulsion or any other equivalent of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.-Three coats including one coat of primer equivalent to Asian apcolite premium emilsion or Dulux Interior Acrylic premium Emulsion or any other equivalent including required scaffolding up to 10 mtr height.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coatapplied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approvedbrand and manufacture

Demolishing R.C.C./PCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material and disposing of material inside DAE colony including lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical at a spacing of 2 mtr each tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevationalarea of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.-Scaffolding work

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrationsand serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing d) Aluminium framing work over MS tubular structural frame work using 50x50 mmX1.6 mm Alluminium hollow square section of make Jindal/Hindalco or approved equiavalent. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Terrace Rectification and Water Proofing:- It is to be done by Autorized vendor of M/s IWL

Surface preparation: i) Hammer Testwith 2 kg hammer by knocking the surface to remove the loose particles ii) Cleaning the surface by abrading with wire brush through out the surface. iii) pressure water jet Cleaning to the surface. iv) Crack > 5 mm filled by pouring poly sulphide sealent by cutting V-groove v) Crack< 5 mm filled by epoxy primer with trowel applied in water proofing membrane( item below) vi) surface defect like potholes and voids must filled with polymer modified mortor. Disposing of the debris within DAE colony at designated place as shown by EIC. Note: All material shall be used of IWP/Pedilite or any approved brand.

Bore Packing & Coving: i) Cleaning the bore area to remove dust and keeping the surface dry condition. ii) Cementious Grout (added with water in W/P ratio of 0.18 in to the gap b/w pipe and core till full depth till grout is in flush with existing surface. iii) floor junction with CM in 1:3 ( Cement : sand) admixed with IWL URP/pedilite @ 2.5 Kgs per 50kg bag of cement @ 0.5-0.6 W/C ratio, the mix shall be in mortar consistency. Coving must be at least 50mm X 50mm size. Ensure to cover the starter joint on the Terrace with coving.Disposing of the debris within DAE colony at designated place as shown by EIC. Note: All material shall be used of IWP/Pedilite or any approved brand.

Primer and water proofing membrane: i) Apply the primer on thoroughly prepared, cleaned surface with brush/ roller/Trowel @100 to 150 ml per sqm.Liquipoxy primer. ii) Apply Liquithane Eco Flex over the primed substrate with brush, roller or spray @ 0.4 kg per sqm and let it air cure for 24 hours. iii) Place the 40 GSM Glassfiber mesh all along the surface along with 0.4kg Liquithane Eco Flex and aircure it for 24 hours. iv) Apply Liquithane Eco flex third coat over with brush, roller or spray @ 0.5 kg per sqm. Note: All material shall be used of IWP/Pedilite or any approved brand.

UV Reflective Coating: Supply and application of UV reflective coating IWL KOOLKOTE @ 1200 grams per sqm in two coat with brush or roller all along the surface Note: All material shall be used of IWP/Pedilite or any approved brand.

Expansion Joint Tretment:- 1) remove the existing brick bat coba upto width of 100mm each side. 2) clean the exiting surfave byadrading with wire brush. 3) fill the pot holes with poly mortar and the surface leveled 4) Fising of MIKA TAPE TFT as per manucatures specifications. 5) pour the low viscous epoxt gount MIK Grout inject E200 by pacing a matic/foam pad of 50 mm dia above expension joint. 6) Remove the mastic pad/foam pad and pace the 50 di backer road. 7) Fill the gapes by filling PU sealent Liquiseal PSP/G 8) Fixing the GI ridge all along the Joint with anchor fastners.
