Special Repair of Repair to Boxcell Culvert (3x6x3) on PWD Road to Damjhola ch.1/000 to 1/300 for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Filling Foundation and plinth with Fine course sand of approved quality from approved quarry including watering and ramming with all cost,conveyance,royalty taxes etc.of all materials with all labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9" thick to the required level including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting watering curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared base course , with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Painting two coats with any approved type of paint over on the new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost of all materials labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC

Construction of Moorum sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers prepared surface, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
