Cutting in earth work in all heights / depths and in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum, shingle and decomposed or soft rock, hard rock i.e. their intermediate classification and chiselling / wedging out of rock where blasting prohibited including saturated soils and filling in embankments etc.where necessary and disposal of all excavated unserviceable material in all leads and lifts including through mechanical transporation, the disposal of the unserviceable material will be done on approved dumping site. Any damage to the private / public property during execution will be restored by the contractor whatsoever the nature of the same may be. The serviceable materials will be stacked in specified dimensions in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Pick / Jumper Work

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, and chiselling / wedging out where blasting prohibited of hard or soft rock up to all depths stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meteres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete on slab and floor excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping, etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material in all in all leads and lifts. (a) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses , plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls / breast walls , the size of plums shall usally be 150 mm to 300 mm as per H.P.P.W.D. specification including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead pain including carriage of material in all in all leads and lifts. (a) In grating framed guards bars, ladders, railig, brackets and similar works.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, R/wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v) :20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of material in all in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girths and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick / concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girths and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equalized on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matters etc. including and paper smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of material in all leads and lifts : Enamel paint other than white/ white paint.
