Disconnecting and taking up or down old existing GI tubing and connections including connected fittings/ accessories and fixtures of any descriptions/ grade and in any position in trenches/ under floors/roads/ on walls etc and making good the distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:- (a) 25 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore

(c) 100 mm bore

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floor etc after cleaning of pipe making all threads complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- (a) 25 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore

(c) 100 mm bore

Supply, fixing, laying, jointing & testing of galvanised iron water tubing 'Medium Grade' conforming to IS-1239 with and including all GI fittings such as unions, reducers sockets,socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc as required complete fixed to walls and ceilings, laid in trenches/ under floor/ under road or floors complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- (a) 25 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore

(c) 100 mm bore

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surfaces to required levels/slops/gradients etc. all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 mtrs distance and deposited as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning of underground sump, pumping out all water, taking out dirty water stone pieces and sludge etc by usnig buckets / motor, cleaning and removing all dirt and plant fungee completely from wall and floor of the tank and from mouths of inlet and outlet pipes etc and by rubbing with wire brushes and removing all waste to distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed cleaning the tank inner surface with suitable cleaning agent (bleaching powder) and fresh water and removing dirty water out of the tank complete with in 12 Hrs and writing date of cleaning on external surface of wall with synthetic enamel paint after removing old date complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and mix bleaching powder complete all as directed.

Material and labour for welding work for cutting/joining existing delevery/suction steel tubing for alterations or additions or stopping leackage etc of size 80-100 mm bore and welding to broken LT panel board door, hinges etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate of hiring of welder, welding machine and welding rod etc included in item rate. (ii) Complete welding work in one lenth of pipe line/ complete welding work in one panel board shall be one job

M&L for preparing old previously treated of enamel paint on water pipe line as existing colour in any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,marking and numbring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable stop/gate valves and supply & fixing stop/gate valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union of size 50 mm with all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, checknuts, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) laid intrenchs, connecting in new or old position, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of valve pit chamber of any size by taking out mud and muddy water and depositing the same at a distance not exceeding 20 meter away from pit including swiping free from any type of dirt including rectification the leakage of valve of any size by using gland of appropriate size and required packing materials as directed at site.

Labour for cutting bushes and surface dressing by grubbing up tree trunk , shrubs, grass, and bushes protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes with mud and leveling off ground and removing of waste material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site near all water/Electric supply installations or where directed as per requirement
