Construction of Hostel at Degree College, Ghaghra, Bishunpur at Gumla District under Ranchi University, Ranchi

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classfication of soil item - A) and disposal of excavated earth a obtained to a distance up to 50M including all lifts with leveling ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shurbs all complete as per approved design and per building specification and direction of E/I.

Extra for earth work in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I. (vide classfication of soil item - B)

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick will watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenched with a lead of 50mm and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts includng cost of all materials, Labour, rotalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Providing designation 75 A brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 75B brick work in CM (1:6) in Foundation with approved quality of clean coarse & of F.M. 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints cost of screening, racking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75A brick work in CM (1:6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse & of F.M. 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints cost of screening, racking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 125mm thick reinforced designation 75A brickwork in C.M. (1:4) in Superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including the cost of screening, cost of materials, racking out joints to 15mm depth, carriage, taxes and royalty (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) all complete as sper building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 100A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9" x 4.5" x 3") in C.M. (1:6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
