Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excld. The cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level(1:4:8 coarse sand 40mm nominal size crushed stone agg.) including carriages

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excld. The cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level(1:3:6 coarse sand 20mm nominal size crushed stone agg.) including carriages

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement, 6 coarse sand) i/c all carriages.

Reinforced cement conc. Work up to plinth level excld. Centring, shuttering in 1:1.5:3 20mm stone agg. Nominal size including carriages

Reinforced cement conc. Work in beams, suspended floors roofs having slope upto 15 deg. Landing balconies, shelves, lintels upto floor 5 level excld. Centring, shuttering in 1:1.5:3 20mm stone agg. Nominal size

Reinforcement for RCC work incld straightning, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete (Thermo-mechanically treated bars)

Structural steel welded in built up sections incld cutting hoisting fixing in positon and applying a priminng coat of approved steel primer with painting all complete 40x40x5 mm

P/F first quality rectified ceramic tiles 300 x 300 mm of first quality make in colour excpt white, ivory, grey,fume red,brown laid on 20mm bed 1:4 complete
