S&F in replacement of damaged nitrile insulation 19 mm thick over PPR/GI pipe of 20/25 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of damaged nitrile insulation 19 mm thick over PPR/GI pipe of 32/40 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of damaged nitrile insulation 19 mm thick over PPR/GI pipe of 50 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 3 layer PPR polypropylene random copolymer pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) & SDR 11 UV of 25 mm bore stablished and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings to be laid in trenches/wall/floor complete all as specified and directed.Note all connected fittings like elbow, tee, reducer coupler will be count in RM

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and fix in repair pressure booster pump of capacity 1 HP including neccessary connections all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair automatic star delta starter 415 volts 3 phase suitable for 20 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lifting of submersible pump motor set of any description and capacity including dismantling MS column pipe, steel wire rope from the bore well upto a depth of 90 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Re-installations of pump and motor set in the bore well in the same position alongwith all necessary work like fixing of column pipe, connections of rope with U clamps, connection to the discharge line, dry revolution test etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for repair and rewinding submersible motor of capacity of 12.5 HP with existing size wire with copper conductor of standard size including Varnish insulation paper and soldering of connection etc. Assembly of motor with pump set with necessary studs, bolts, washer etc complete with all connection all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charg Note:- (1) item rate includes transporation of motor from site to workshop and back. (2) If any other parts found unservicable, the same shall be measured seperately on relevant item under supply only.

M & L for cleaning of under ground RCC tank of capacity 80000 ltr after draining out water with pumpset, scribing and rubbing silt/grass from inside surface of wall/roof by iron brush and cleaning the tank with fresh water and bleaching powder for complete removal of scales,sludge and fungus away from the tank and pump house premises, complete all as desired by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for cleaning of water storage steel tank of capacity 5000 ltr after draining out water with pumpset, scribing and rubbing silt/grass from inside surface of wall/roof by iron brush and cleaning the tank with fresh water and bleaching powder for complete removal of scales,sludge and fungus away from the tank and pump house premises, complete all as desired by Engr-in-Charge

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-)69,090.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
