The format of physical verification report and the details of those Divisional Engineers are enclosed herewith

RequiredCopy of EPF Registration Certificate (If EPF payment is NOT APPLICABLE to the firm/contractors, an undertaking may be submitted).

RequiredSatisfactory Service Certificate to the firm/contractor towards execution of same/similar work during 2025-26 from the competent authority shall be uploaded. In case of new firms/other firms who do not have experience during FY 2025-26, the experience condition may be exempted upon submission of self declaration certificate in this regard.

RequiredDocumentary Evidence towards EMD or EMD Exemption certificate. Exemption of EMD shall be considered on case-to-case basis in respect of SSI/ NSIC/ MSME/ Udyam subject to the following conditions only. a) The bidder shall submit a copy of valid certificate of registration either with NSIC (or) with Government of Telangana indicating the details of items covered in the registration. b) The
