Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation grass bushes sapling shrubs and trees of any girth removal of slumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned with in all leads including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) in thickness as per technical specification clause 201.1 or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.The maintinance should be carried out twice a year.

Repair of edge break and removal of material trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat bituminous emulsion, 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick premix carpet using bituminous VG-10 and seal coat with bituminous VG-10 as per drawing and Technical Specification including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Earth work in excavation for clearance of culverts, small bridge as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shorting and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50m (fifty metre) dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable meterial including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of Clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical Specification clause 1908 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory/regulatory/cautionary/informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1910 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Maintenance of Killometre stone by way of refiting of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1915 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentalsThe maintinance should be carried out twice a year..

Hiring of JCB/Excavator for removal of slips,snow and bouldersin all kind of soilincluding rocky possition and saturated soil and disposes of all exavated earth or unserviceable materialsfrom the road surface including stripping and filling with fresh slected soilasper direction of entire satisfactionof Engineer-in -charge. Any loss to the public /private property or any accident etc happenedduring the course of hiring period/executionshall be the absolute responsbility of JCB/ Excavator ownerwhich shall haveto be duly compansated by him in all cases.Thefuel and oprational stafffor excavator will be provided by the owner.The repair and spare watchwas end wardof excavator also be borne by the contractorowner.The daily log book will be maintained at site which should be duly varified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Ruffing depression and carrugation repair by clearing and removal of loose material providing tack coat with bituminious Emulsion and filling with grading premix using catonic Emulsion (Special Specification B2.3.2) in layer not exceeding 50mm (fifty millimetre) to average depth of 50mm (fifty millimetre) to average depth of 50mm (fifty millimetre) as per MORD technical specification 501.3 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Period:- I 15% of per Km cost (item may be slected as per requirement)

Period:- II 75% of per Km cost

Emergency Work 10% of per Km cost
