Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light/ fan/ socket/ power) complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses etc but excluding light fittings and exhaust fans etc removing and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm nominal area PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core FRLS copper cable 1100 Volts with multistranded, copper conductor in and including PVC rigid concealed conduit (heavy grade) including chases cutting as required on site and conduit accessories along with continous earth wire 1.5sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed single core FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade with standard copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly, with and including cadmium plated sunk Modular metal flush boxes for modular switches complete all as specified and directed, One light point controlled by one switch one way . Note:- modular white cover and plate with frame will be measured and paid saperately under respective item

M&L for sub-main wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm 1100 volts grade and including non metallic rigid 25 mm dia PVC conduit with all fitting and fixing accessories and including PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fan hook of suitable size for hanging of ceiling fan made up of MS flat iron of size 50mm x 6mm including nut bolts washers complete all as directed.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug with one SP MCB 20 Amp 240 volt complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 20 Watt 6500K LED batten 2000lumens fitting with extruded aluminium housing four feet with integrated LED & electronic driver and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up complete all as directed. Supply and fixing & replacement of LED mirror light fitting, 10 Watt, 1000 lumens 6500K comprises of aluminium extruded channel, frosted diffuser, integrated electronic driver, IP 20 protection and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up complete all as directed. Supply and fix inrepair LED Lamp 12 watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for Lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with cord grip cap suitable for batten fittings complete all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix inrepair call bell, Ding dong type, 230 volts AC single pole complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate of not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to the GI wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and earth wire protection by provision of GI light grade pipe 15mm bore incl provn of concrete pite in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC(1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) and frame of agle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with 02 nos lugs and handle made of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape.
