M&L brickwork with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 by using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in surface channels, drains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in coping, benching, fixing of fencing post above wall etc,finished even and smooth using extra cement incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm stone aggregates, as in cover slabs, RCC battens/beams and set in cement mortar 1:4 including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia or above as in rainforcement cut to length bend to shape required and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia complet all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound incl chajja, facia etc, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified.( WPC measured separately)

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc,. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with even and smooth finish without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (post embedded in PCC) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post hole for similar holes each n exc 0.50Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers nexc 25 cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance nexc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh/welded steel wire fabric etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one head and rounded the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10cm nexc 15cm long dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chainlink fencing any size any type and any description etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red prime coat all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or laying at crossing with and provision of mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L for rubber moulded factory made Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick made of grey cement with pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick CM 1:6 bedding, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match etc complete all as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in appex stone/kerb stone with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throting etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to math size and shape as approved by engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 of 100mm thick type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor slabs, hardstanding etc complete all as directed.

S&F for plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick 38mm wide laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.
