Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping for PCC/RCC/Steel tubular pole with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on coping surface complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18cm thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured.

Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm for laying in trenches for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 100mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required, including taking out old tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95Sqmm, 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part-2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130-84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc,including connecting & testing and disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, including earth work complete, all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, including earth work complete, all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of Gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 Volts, 200 Amp capacity tripple pole machenically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 12 Nos. with dropout fuse set, channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level , locking arrangement with handle complete including dismantling existing air break switch all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of Gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 Volts, 200 Amp capacity tripple pole machenically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 9 Nos., with drop out fuses and lightening arrestor channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level , locking arrangement with handle complete including dismantling existing air break switch all as specified and as directed.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and removal from site, complete all as specified & directed.

Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in and removal from site, complete all as specified & directed.

Renewal of stay assembly complete with all accessories such as stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, stay rod 20 mm dia and 215cm long threaded end with nuts including 14mm dia GI stay bow. turn buckle, etc. complete, all as shown in Electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part- I (2009) complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rate shall include the cost of loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, stay bow, turn buckle, nuts etc., demolition and removal of demolished concrete outside defence land complete.

Renewal of pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm dia and 150mm height for working pressure 11000 volts grade includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Renewal of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green disc, 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts grade, includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Heavy duty male and female contact of brass zinc plated for GO switch of capacity 200 Amp complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Each set will comprise of one male and one female contact).

Cable route indicator showing "HT 11 KV Cable" and route of cable with arrow made of CI in suitable eliptical/round shape and fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm, 800mm long painted in Brown Colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint cover a coat of red oxide primer duly embaded in PCC block (0.40x0.40x0.40)mtr including in ground and 0.15mtr above ground lable complete all as directed and specified.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified.

Painting the outer surface of the transformer /Servo Voltage stabilizerof capacity 100 KVA to 750 KVA with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free and cleaning the bushes, name plate etc paint free after painting including writing MES / SM No with enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreding graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm size around two pole/ four pole structure in 15 cm thickness after cleaning area by removing existing wild grass,vegetation,creepers, small plants/bushes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the HT & LT connections of existing Indoor/Outdoor/canopy type transformers of capacity 50 to 500 KVA mounted on 2/4 pole structure/plinth substation and transport to factory from site/power house/AGE E/M Yard for repair and back to site/power house/AGE E/M Yard after necessary repair/replacement of defective parts including installation in the same location and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The quoted rate quoted for the item includes the following :- (i) Arrangement of manpower, tools and plants, crane and Recovery vehicle for transportation and shifting of transformer to work shop and back.(ii) Topping up of transformer oil, replacement of transformer oil as required basis under intimation to the department.(Transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately). (iii) Re-winding of defective winding of transformer, if required will be carried out under respective item. (iv) Winding material shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (v) Rewinding of transformer and replacement of defective parts will be carried out only after inspection and recommendation of BOO detailed by the GE. (Rewinding of Transformer will be paid separately). (vi) Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of disconnecting/ taking down/ transportation, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge at his own expenses

Rewinding of HT side of aluminium wire/strip of appropriate gauge and turns as per relevant IS, copper winding wire as per IS : 1180 and and using original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for aluminium wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable aluminium winding wire complete all as specified and as directed

Rewinding of LT side of aluminium wound transformer with super enameled winding wire as per relevant IS, aluminium winding wire as per IS : 1180 and using as per original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for aluminium wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable aluminium winding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of HT side of copper wound transformer with super enameled winding wire as per relevant IS, copper winding wire as per IS : 1180 and and using original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed

Rewinding of LT side of copper wound transformer with super enameled winding wire as per relevant IS, copper winding wire as per IS : 1180 and using as per original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note for items No 32 to 35:- The rate quoted is deeded to be included in the unit rate for varnishing,sleeving and insulating materials and the contractors shall not have any claim on this account at a later stage.

Replacement of HT bush assembly brass complete with brass spindle, nuts, bolts, washers etc without bushing insulators suitable for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA complete all as specified & as directed.

Dry & blue colour silica gel crystal impregnated with cobalt suitable for transformer breather complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Tap changer assembly complete for transformer rating 50 KVA to 500 KVA , including connecting up with HT coil and testing for varying voltage complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the UNSV breather assembly complete form indoor/ outdoor type transformer capacity upto 500KVA and supply & fixing the new breather assembly complete filled with fresh blue silica gel including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete al as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable/busbar and Earthing connections of transformer of capacity 100 to 250 KVA , 11 KV/433 Volts 3 phase from pole/floor with the help of Crane or any other eqpt/machine to carry out overhauling of transformer comprising of the following:- (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii)Opening top cover , disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compectness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv)Cleaning of core to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v)Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge (vi)Refixing of core & winding assembly with new core sheet gasket omistry where required and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii)Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii)Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item). (Note: Overhauling of transformer should be done at site)

M& L for Purification, filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various indoor/outdoor sub station by ultra high vaccum filtration machine with stream line filtration plant at a temp 60 to 70 deg. celsius and achieving minimum dieectric withstand strength of 60 KV for 1 minute in 2.5 mm gap setting (for used oil) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (i) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separatly. (iii) Contractor shall be ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydreration

Supplying and filling new mineral grade transformer oil EHV type confirming to IS-3357 to 1983 for filling and for topping up in transformer/Voltage stabilizer duly filtered with filer plant to obtain high dielectric not less 60KV (Gap 2.5mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge . Note:- Wastage of burnt oil shall be considered as 30% of total oil and 70% qty of total oil shall be considered in schedule of credit. Make:- POWER LINK, POWER OIL, SAVITA,ELECTRO

Disconnecting HT/LT cable/busbar and Earthing connections of Servo voltage Stabilizers of capacity 100 KVA , 11 KV/433 Volts 3 phase from floor with the help of Crane or any other eqpt/machine to carry out overhauling of Servo voltage Stabilizers comprising of the following:- (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii)Opening top cover , disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compectness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv)Cleaning pf core to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v)Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge followed by painting of inner surface of tank with zinc chromate base paint (vi)Refixing of core & winding assembly with new core sheet gasket existing where required and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii)Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii)Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item). (viii) New transformer oil, Dehydration of Transformer oil and spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (Note: Overhauling of Servo voltage Stabilizers should be done in site)

Overhauling/ servicing of HT VCB 400/630 Amps 11 KV of any make by carrying out following job:- (i)Taking out VCB trolly from the panel board. (ii)Removal of dirt,dust & carbon particles by air blower (iii)Cleaning of all moving & fixed contacts of VCB with dry cloth & CRC solution and greasing of moving contacts & gears. (iv)Checking and setting of VCB ON/OFF operation mechanism through TNC & push button. (v)Checking tightness of all control wires. (vi)Checking leakage in vacuum interrupter by Hi-Pot test (vii)Assembly of trolly and testing complete. Note: Work shall be undertaken through authorised service centre of M/S Crompton Greaves Ltd)

Testing of tripping mechanism and callibration of over current and earth fault IDMT/Numerical relay of HT 11KV rating VCB through primary & secondary injection machine and placement of setting data on a laminated print stickers on the VCB complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of numerical relay for VCB tripping system ( 3 Over Current , 01 Earth Fault and high set instantaneous protection in single unit) suitable for opration on 24V DC all as per Model No CGI14N of Make: Crompton Greaves or equivalent in AREVA(Note: Existing relays are of Electromagnetic type, hence any modification in the wiring,and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the scope of work).

Prepration of old steel surface of HT poles, 11 metres high including PCC coping, removing old particles and apply two coats of synthetic paint on the surface of pole and two coat of cement base paint on surface of PCC coping, applying two coat of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket clamp etc and marking black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint, 30 cm wide, alternatively upto 1.5 metre above the copping of pole starting with black strip complete, all as specified and directed. Note. (i) The quoted rate shall include marking of numbers on each HT pole as per direction of Engrin- Charge. (ii) The quoted rate include the cost of repairing of coping in cement mortar 1:3 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

Taking down of HT RMU after disconnecting HT supply and reinstalled the same after repairing, servicing and testing of HT RMU and breakers, removing moisture and dust from HT bus bar and from inside of RMU panel of 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The Job shall be carried out through OEM only.(ii) Mesurement of (IR) resistance value tools, labour, petroleum jelly are included in this quoted rates. (iii) Parts will be replaced under relevent items.

Synthetic Rubber insulated mat 3 mm thick for voltage upto 11KV for elctrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x1m complete all as specified and directed

Removal of green vegetation and dressing around the plinth/PCC hardstanding up to 1.5 mtr of sub stations and 2/4 pole structure etc including disposal of vegitation /material up to 50 mtr distance from the site and levelling/surfacing the ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Trimming /chopping and cutting of branches in each tree of any girth which are coming across the over head line HT up to 3 m both sides from the centre of conductor as required and removing the same from site of work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing strip 32x6mm GI fixed to wall/pole/buried in ground /drawn in pipe complete all as specified.

Earthing strip 32x6mm copper fixed to wall pole/ buried in ground /drawn in pipe complete all as specified.

Chain link fencing including line wires , size of mesh 50x50 mm to any type of standards , rails straining bolts , etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming toFe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4), type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC (1:2:4), type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.
