Supply, delivery at site and installation of vertical turbine pump motor set complete having the following head discharge characteristics , capable to discharge clear water ,having SS(CF8M) impeller, CI casing , dischagre head ,motor stool along with other standard accessories with Premium Efficiency (IE3), TEFC ,1500 rpm(synchronous),4Pole, 3 Phase, 0.415 kv ± 10% AC ,insulation class F , IP 55 , squirrel cage induction motor of suitable ratings as required and as per technical specification and direction of EIC and as per CPHEEO standard . Motor shall have a margin of 1.3 over the pump BKW at duty point. Pumps shall be installed on suitable RCC foundation adhering to all the technical requirements of the pump manufacturer.

800 m³/hr against a tentative head of 50 to 62 MWC (2nos working + 2no. Standby )

1150 m³/hr against a tentative head of 11 to 20 MWC (1nos working + 1no. Standby )

(Finally actual TDH to be determined by the tenderer at the time of detailed engineering after consultation with the concerned division dealing with the pipe laying )

Supply, delivery at site, installation of minimum 800 KVA, 6.6/0.433KV as required (To be finalised during detail Engineering ), ONAN outdoor Transformer complete in all respect with all other accessories as per technical specification and direction of EIC conforming to IS :1180 Level 2 ( 1no. Working + 1no. Standby )

Supply, delivery at site, installation of LT. P.D.B. cum MCC complete in all respect along with capacitor banks as required with all other accessories as per technical specification and direction of EIC. ( 2 nos. incomer ACB , 1 no. bus coupler , 6 nos. Soft starter for motor feeder, Lighting feeders, Valve actuator feeders , EOT crane feeder, drinking water pump feeder and other auxiliary loads as required as per technical specification and direction of EIC )

Supply, delivery at site, installation of central control desk complete in all respect with all other accessories as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site, installation of 30Volt DC Battery Charger with maintenance free battery complete in all respect with all other accessories as per technical specification and direction of EIC.(requirement or capacity to be determined during detailed engineering) .

Supply, delivery at site , installation of 1400VA noise less digital sine wave Inverter with 180AH , 12Volt Tubular Battery for emergency lighting of the plant.

Supply, delivery at site , fitting and fixing of electro-magnetic flow meter of following sizes , comprising of flow sensor and transmitter, signal conditioner if required, flow indicator, flow totaliser (controller unit ) and all other accessories complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site fitting and fixing of following MS pipe including fabrication of all necessary accessories special viz dismantling joints, Puddle plates(20mm), Bell Mouth, bends, tees, enlarger/reducer, R.C.C. pedestal for common manifold , etc including cutting walls, pipes, making flanged & welded joints as required, fitting fixing complete in all respect including cost of all fitings, sundry and jointing materials as required for laying of pipe with anti-corrosive treatment of all pipe surface complete as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery, fitting and fixing sheet steel fabricated double door type 4+ 4 way TPN MCB distribution board with 1 no 63A 4 pole isolator and 12 nos 6 — 32 Amps. SPMCB on wall as per direction of the EIC.

Supply, delivery at site, installation of control panel,sheet steel fabricated complete in all respect with all accessories for control of exhaust fans and other emergency loads as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Distribution wiring with 1.1KV grade 2 X 1.5 mm² PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper wire in 20mm G.I. conduit to light, fan, call bell point with 10A DP toggle switch fixed on 3mm thick bakelite cover in double door sheet metal switch board with magetic locking arrangement as per direction of the EIC.

Distribution wiring with 1.1KV grade 2 X 2.5 mm² PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper wire in 20mm G.I. conduit to 250 V 15 A 6 pin composite plug socket fixed on 3mm thick bakelite cover in double door sheet metal switch board with magetic locking arrangement including 1 X 1 mm² PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper wire as earth continuity wire.

Wiring with 1.1KV grade 3 X 1.5 mm² PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper wire in 20mm G.I. conduit including 1 X 1 mm² PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper wire as earth continuity wire from starter control panel to exhaust fan point.

Supply and fixing of 300mm Sweep, 230 V, 1Ph, 50 Hz, 4 pole exhaust fan including S & F of M.S. cowl and making suitable hole in the wall including mending good damages complete as per specification & direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of E.I. Danger board on wall & fencing as per direction of EIC

Supply and providing 11KV grade rubber mat as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing on wall a shock treatment chart duly framed by polished wood and the glass fitted in front complete as per direction of EIC.

Display of back lit & non lit sign board of various sizes on the pump house wall fascia or elsewhere as per direction of EIC.

Painting the whole installation as per technical specifcation and direction of EIC.

Carrying out high pressure test of the HT installation by approved agency and obtaining necessary clearance fron Directorate of Electricity as per direction of EIC.

Supply of drawings for approval and finally as-built drawings in 6sets and CDs .

Supply, delivery at site & laying of MS pipe including fabrication of all necessary accessories special ,enlarger, ,R.C.C. / fabricated pedestal , thrust blocks , etc including cutting pipes, making flanged & welded joints as required, for joining the common delivery manifolds with the existing prelaid rising main pipes complete as per technical specification and direction of EIC. Note : Any mechanical or electrical or civil , parts/spare/equipment not included in the BOQ but required to complete the project is to be supplied by the agency at free of cost .

Commissioning of whole system & Performance test for 72 hours

Monitoring of the newly installed electromechanical equipment for a period of one year along with consumable materials as required.

Dismantling and removing the existing damaged equipments from their present place and stacking them to suitable place within distance of 25km as per direction of EIC(pumps, motors,valves,HT panel,canles,pipes ,etc)
