Demoltion of cement cocrete padding of water proofing treatment from roof pading taking down bituminous polythene sheets plaster etc overall thickness n.exc 200mm , cleaning of concete surfaces by wire brushres scrubbing down water and removing the dust debris etc. to a distance 50 mtre but n.exc 250 mtr from the site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges as specified

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping to parapet walls including necessary form work complete all as directed.

M&L for carring out water proofing treatment for roof in following stages :- (1) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per mfr inst over conc surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. Fifth and top most layer of surface finish which act as protective layer shall be of 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded agg of crushed stone pedding well compected with V-shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm depth filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) of proportion complete, size of PCC panel with grooves shall not be exceed 0.36 Sqm all as specified.

M & L for cool roof SRI (Solar Reflective Index) tiles of 300 X 300 mm, 10 mm thick of make Johnson/Orient Bell/Kajariya/Sun Heart of colour as approved by GE incliding laid over 15 mm thick bedding in CM (1:4), joints grouted and flush pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement. The tiles shall be laid either through authorised applicator who has laid the app memberane or by the contractor under the supervision of the authorised applicator of APP membrane. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel framed work as in guard bars brackets & supports for sunshades roof slabs etc for jacketting around columns,as in railings ,supports for cooler platforms & the likes etc using MS angle iron, sq pipes flat iron , MS plates & bolts etc complete all as specified & directed incl necessary welding in position etc.

Taking down carefully cement conc /spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, cilinigs ,sunsheds, beams, etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs , chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 to remove the loose rust particles etc & throughly cleaning the surface. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5 -2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @5 Kg per 50 kg of cement & applying to the conc surfaces @ 200 gm/sqm to obtain tack. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 -20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using1 part of cement 1 part 2-3 mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & rough to receive final rendering coat. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 & finishing the surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10-15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as directed at site

M&L for pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with J or L hooks complete all as directed.
