Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the excavated soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetaled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal, boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.
Laying, jointing and testing of Ductile iron spigot & socketed pipe with cement mortar lining on inneer pipe jointed with push o joint including cost of all kinds of fitting such as sockets, SBR gaskets and fixing complete. the pipe should be as per IS 8329-2000 class K-7 as per diamensions, weight and test pressure mentioed below in a random length of 4 to 7 mtrs within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfactio of the Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work to be measuired and paid for separately).
Ductile iron pipe 150mm dia with wall thickness of 5.30mm Outer dia 274 mm having weight of pipe 39.31 kg. per Rmtr. and test pressure of 1.75 Mpa jointed with "S" & "S" pipe with CML (S.B.R). Tyton push on joint conforming to IS: 8329-2000 jointed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying jointing and testing of screwed and sockettted galvanised Mild steel tube to BIS 1239-2004 ( with upto date ammendments) of 20mm diameter and class including all specials and fittings as required complete as per actual site condition with in all leads and lifts as per the direction anad to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately). The G.I pipe will be supplied by the department.
Supplly of stone/ stone aggregate from approved sources confirming to the physical requirement specific in the respective clouses i/c royalties, fees rents collection transportation stacking and testing (90 mm to 45 mm) with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Water Bound Macadam with Crushable screenings: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including stone of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniorm thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up to the interestices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 12 as per technical specification 405 with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Grading -2 63 mm to 45 mm @ 0.91 cum per 10 sqm. For compacted thickness of 75 mm with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and supplying evenly a priming/ track coat with the following bituminous primer @ 10.00 kg per 10 sqm. Straight rum with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix for carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregate eigher using bituminous emulson( all in one) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing courses on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitale plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80- 100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and and grade to be follwed by seal coat of either type-B as per IRCSP:100-2014 with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying seal coat seaking the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specific levels grade and cross fall using type-A, B and C as per technical specification clause 5210 with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
