Mechanical work to be carried out at various lift irrigation schemes of MISD Baramulla.

Amount

a) Detaching of 3.5 cusec pump from motor and retrieving of rotating parts from its casing unit no. 02 by using skilled labours, loading of same in private load carrier and shifting to the workshop for necessary repairs(01 job) b) Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeves collar type of size ID= 40mm, 0D= 65mm & length = 220mm (02 job) c) Manufacturing, providing and fitting G.M wearing ring of size ID= 160mm, 0D= 190mm & Height = 30 mm (02 job) d) Repairs to impeller shaft at damaged bearing seats by way of welding, turning, finishing and balancing on lathe machine.(01 job) e) Providing and fitting of palmative packing (01kg) f) Providing and fitting of gas kit as per required at site(01 job) g) Manufacturing, providing & fitting of rigid coupling as per sample for connecting pump-motor unit. h) Loading/Shifting of the pumping equipment in private load carrier after taking necessary repairs at workshop. Then fitting of the same at the site and testing on full load. i) Providing and fitting of TC-18 coupling set complete for pumping unit no.02 at lift irrigation scheme Delina Main along with flexible rubber tyre. The job includes taking of dimension at site & then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which small match with the size of shaft of pump and motor. The job includes removal of old damaged coupling and then fitting of new coupling assembly at site and testing on full load.
