Taking down old roof treatment of any description including plaster, cement concrete etc. and removing old material outside MD land exc 1Km and not exceeding 5 Km completely all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

10 mm thick (average) bedding layer on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with WPC, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Bird proofing net of 100% virgin nylon mono filament net made of around +/- 0.80 yarn in 32mm square mesh and having yarn breaking strength appx. 23 Kgs per yarn having ultra violet stabilized for hangar fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster etc complete as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitning preparatery to distempering as in wall complete all specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash preparatery to distempering as in ceiling complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforeced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar thickness in floors, aprons and wall claddings complete all as specified and directed.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished, in floor set in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 12 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3, including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade (with grey cement and pigment) with 30 mm thick compacted sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Kitchen sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick (SS grade 304AISI 18/8) IS embossed (IS:13983) glossy finish with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to platform or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Bib taps chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipe, 15 mm bore of pipe fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware) any size jointed in cement mortar of any description including PCC bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RCC Hume pipe NP-3, 300mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:1 in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel CRS bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, manholes, septic tanks, etc. and set in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of damaged RCC covers slab complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant Item(s).

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off Shutter) complete all as specified and as directed.

2nd class hardwood plain, solid straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, panelled shutters, (two panel) with lock rail and, panels shall be of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Factory made solid panel PVC moduled door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for any description including railingf , guard bars, grill or stainless steel railing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old galvalume sheet plain or corrugated on roof/cladding of hangar including 'J' bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolled section as in framing for claddings, purlins and rafter cutting laps to shape as required drilling holes, notching for wire including all necessary drilling, rivetting or bolting or welding complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan, buzzer, socket or power point etc) complete including all fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down sub main wiring and making good disturbed surfaces of wall / floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of porbandar stone for fixing of flame proof exhuast fan of size 300 mm dia & making good damaged area by rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Flame proof and weather proof rotary type switch,16 Amps,230 Volts, AC single pole, (LM-6) aluminium alloy with flame proof cable entry glands CMRS certified,ISI marked rotary type switch, complete all as specified and directed.

20 mm rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit medium grade including all PVC conduit accessories, cutting / chases and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Hot press moulded SMC junction box 240mm x 130mm x 95mm (inside dimension) fixed with left side hinges and cable terminals with one number 5 Amp SP MCB fixed to pole with clamp nuts,bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cable PVC insulated PVC bedded flexible electric power cable with stranded copper conductor cross sectional area 1.5sqmm 2core suitable for working on 1100 Volts from junction box to street light complete all as specified and as directed.
