Demolition of PCC( un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness below or above ground levels complete all as spd & dir.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc all as spd.

Demolition of cement concrete( reinforced) as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as spd & dir.

Taking down cement plaster/Dado on brick/concrete or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrugbbing down with water etc, complete all as spd & dir.

Taking down, asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position, framed work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts of dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt), all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of V-board ("Visaka")/E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated seif embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be power coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers/suspended with 2 run of 2 mm dia of GI wire to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently. 600x600 mm modulesto be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS shgeet of size 19x19mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as specified by manufacture instruction.

Dismantling existing serviceable ceiling with frame ant type &refixing the same complete in all respect as per direction of Enggr-in-charge.

Dismanting of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S & F coloured ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick, joint free (square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as spd & dir.

Ditto all as per srl item No. 13 but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as spd & dir.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick, joint free (square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as spd & dir.

M&L Returning and filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

M&L Removal of excavated surplus anytype soil/rock at a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point all as directed.

M&L Sand cushioning for cable in trenches of thickness 8 cms below and 15 cms above the cable all as specified and directed By Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Well burnt sub class 'B' bricks for protection of cable laying flat across and perpendicular to the length of cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade XLPE heavy duty cable, 25sqmm 4 core, PVC insulated wire armoured Aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed laid in tranches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 15mm bore light grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. S&F of junction box of minimum size 30cm (height) x 30cm (width) x 10cm (depth) made of steel sheet 1.6 mm thick duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer having aluminium bus bar 4 Nos of capacity 100 Amps with minimum 04 Set of nuts, bolts & washers on each busbar mounted on porcelain/PVC insulator having 01 No MCB, SP, 16 Amps.
