Supply & installation, commissioning and testing of indoor type 63 KVA capacity of type II transformer step down 11/0.433 KV, copper wound, core type winding, AC supply 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ, oil immersed ,naturally cooled, delta connected on primary (HT side) and star connected on secondary (LV side) having tapping 0%, 2.5% ,5%, 7.5% on HV, to be charged by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of oil and all standard fittings such as breather unit, drain out valve, conservator tank and mounting, complete all as specified in IS-1180: 2014 (Part I) Make:- Alstom / Schneider/ Voltas/ Indian transformer and Electrical. DG SET

Supplying, installing, commissioning & testing of Silent engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per Latest CPCB-II norms 415 volts 40 kVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 with suitable AMF Panel as per manufacturer's recommendations complete all as specified and directed with the following :- (A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 40 kVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. (C) CONTROL PANEL :- The standard microprocessor based control panel shall be fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and powder coated in side and out side and shall display as follows:- (i) Voltage of all Three phases, (ii) Current of all Three phases, (iii) Frequency, (iv) Bus bar Chamber with aluminium busbar of cap 100 Amps - 04 Nos, (v) C.T. 100/5 Amps - 03 Nos. (vi) MCCB TPN, of appropriate capacity - 01 No. D) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 40 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Construction Details/specification are as follows: a) Outer body :As per OEM standard b) Doors :- As per OEM standard c) Sound Insulation :- As per OEM Norms vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform viii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button ix) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED Lamp fittings. x) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. xi) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process.The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade

(E) ENGINE INSTRUMENTS PANEL :- All relevant Para meter shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel there by providing easy monitoring of lubricant oil pressure, coolant temperature battery charging ammeter, RPM and hour meter, starting switch etc.

NOTES :- (i) The quoted rate for DG Set is inclusive of PCC foundation. The foundation for DG Set should be made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates below the floor level minimum 300mm and 200 mm above floor platform and of suitable size as per manufacturers recommendations complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The DG Set shall be suitably derated to suit the climatic conditions of Frazergang (west bengal) so as to give desired output including 10% over load. (iii) The DG Set shall be suitable for auto main failure function. (iv) AMF panel should of same manufacturer as that of DG Set or as recommended by manufacturer's Vendors and it should be CPRI approved. (v) The DHPP (fuel) required for testing of DG sets is deemed to be included in above quoted rate . (vi) Phase I test will be carried out by Engineer-in-charge and phase II test will be carried out in presence of IEM/Testing officer nominated by Accepting Officer For no load, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% for 11 hour and 110% for 1 hour over load.

Water Cooler

Supply, installation and commisioning of water coller fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having 40 Ltr. Water storage capacity and nominal cooling capacity 40 Ltr. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.
