20mm cement plaster in single coat of rough sides of bricks/concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamber and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar4 1:6(1cement:6sand) kin all leads and lifts.

Removing old paint from concrete/ masonary/asbestos cement/plaster surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning wall surface and other foreign matter and sand papering as required including disposing off waste material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matt finish to the surface complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer for interior/exterior grade on undercoated concrete/stone/plastered wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for melting the surface complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing cupboard shutters made of waterproof superior quality 19 mm thick board including cost of fixing mat finish superior quality Mica 1.5 mm thick on wooden board as per required design and shape complete including cost of adhesive glue nails hinges and fixing of wood.

Providing Aluminium work i/c cutting jointing in frames((65mm x40mm) of doors, windows ventilator and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position in all leads and lifts.

Providing and installing circular stand for resting the water tank(Platic) of 1kl capacity made of iron angles 40x40mm including painting to prevent the rusting of iron and all fitting of 15 mm like nipple, union, socket complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in chaarge.
