Providing H.T. Stay set made of M.S.round 1800 mm in length and 18 mm dia having threaded up to 300 mm on one end with one nut and one check nut to aviod slippage and an eye of 40 mm dia on other side and welded confirming to REC specification. Elbow made of M. S Channel Iron 75 x 40x 6 mm, 250 mm long and M.S Round 18 mm dia, vertical height 450 mm, both ends bend after putting in two holes in Channel Iron taking the ends out 25 mm minimum in length and welded with Channel iron one anchor of Angle Iron 65 x 65x6 mm,750 mm in length with one hole of 20 mm dia in the centre including gay assembly .The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint.

Providing of RCC pipe (Muff) ISI marked suitable for different size of steel poles 2000mm in length and 25mm thick with 250mm internal dia duly fabricated by using un-galvanized MS wire of 12 SWG Rings and 6mm MS Round in vertical direction conforming to IS 458-1988 or latest version if any. After erection of Muff the cavity between pole and muff be filled up with cement concrete 1:2:4 as per specification of HPSEBL and curing complete in all respect.

Prov.earth electrod i.e. GI pipe 38 mm dia 3 mtr long and prov. and placing in position into excavated earth pit, filling of kalmi sora 1.5 kg , charcol 60 kg and salt 60 kg in each pit along with GI Wire as required and then filling of pit with soil thereof. Complete in all respect.

Prividing M.S Channel 100x50x6 mm Cross arm 2800 mm long suitable for fixing on both Steel & PCC Poles whatever is required Single & Double Pole Str 11 KV Lines with holes at suitable places whereever is required to adjust 5/8" dia nuts & bolts,Pin Insulators,Ball Cleaves eye shoucket & washers the Weight of M.S Channel should strictly 9.56 Kg per meter with a variation of +/-5%.The cross arm should be duly painted with two coats red oxide paint of superior quality( Tfr.Base Main Channel)

Prividing M.S Channel 100x50x6 mm Cross arm 460 mm long suitable for supporting Main Channel of Transformer the Weight of M.S Channel should strictly 9.56 Kg per meter with a variation of +/-5%.The cross arm should be duly painted with two coats red oxide paint of superior quality ( For supporting main Channel of Tfr)

Prividing Angle Iron 50x50x6 mm Cross arm 2800 mm long suitable for Transformer belting the Weight of A.I.Should strictly 4.50 Kg per meter with a variation of +/-5%.The cross arm should be duly painted with two coats red oxide paint of superior quality ( For Tfr Belting)

Prividing Angle Iron 35x35x6 mm Cross arm 460 mm long suitable for Transformer belting the Weight of A.I.Should strictly 3.00 Kg per meter with a variation of +/-5%.The cross arm should be duly painted with two coats red oxide paint of superior quality ( For Tfr Belting )
