(SH-I) AMC for 1 st Year Providing 3 nos. Computer Operator (Highly Skilled Manpower) for office records upkeep / computer operation on all days excluding Sunday.

Hiring of unskilled labour during monsoon season 8 hours per day in all working days (including sundays)

Rewinding of following Monoblock pump's motor with suitable gauge of copper wire i/c dismantling, cutting of burnt wire including replacing of insulator & varnishing, baking transportation etc., as required. (Credit towards dismantled copper wire & damage parts which are replaced to be consider while quoting the rate). Capacity: 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP

Capacity: 3 HP to 5 HP

Capacity: 7.5 HP

Rewinding of following Submersible pump's motor with suitable gauge of copper wire i/c dismantling, cutting of burnt wire including replacing of insulator, baking transportation etc., as required. (Credit towards dismantled copper wire & damage parts which are replaced to be consider while quoting the rate). Capacity: 10 HP

Servicing repairing rewinding and replacement of defective part like bearing, bushing etc. and also transportation from site to contractors workshop & back to site, testing and commissioning etc. complete as per site requirement for the following motors (Dismantle material belongs to Contractor) 600 mm sweep exhaust fan

Scrubbing, Cleaning and then painting of Street light poles with bracket upto 9 mtrs height with one coat of red-oxide and two coats of silver enamel paint etc. as required.

Scrubbing, Cleaning and then painting of LT Panels, Outdoor Feeder Pillars at various locations of Juhu Airport, Andheri Transmitting Station, RR Station Dahisar, Outer Marker Vashi with one coat of red-oxide and two coats of enamel paint as directed by Engineer in Charge etc. as required.

Replacement of loop in loop out box for Street light poles (Sintax Make) of following sizes, including DIP rail for mounting of MCB's / connectors, making interconnections as required. 240 X 130 X 95 (Model No GS-JB-2817)

Making base foundation for the existing old street light pole including dismantling of old base & old cable etc., with cement concrete 1:2:4 ratio collar of size 0.4 mtr. dia at a height of 0.5 mtr.from the ground level 0.5 mtr height & PCC flat form of 0.5 mtr x 0.4 x 0.4 mtr. in the ground level around the steel light poles as required.

Filtration of 200KVA / 250KVA,11KV / 0.415 KV Transformer oil , i/c dehydration of oil & breather etc. as per requirement, breakdown strength of oil should be 40KV after filtration i/c submission of test report for the oil filtration and test report for re- commissioning of Transformer to be arranged by contractor.

Supply of transformer oil as per IS 335 for topping of existing transformer i/c initial filtration to attain breakdown strength of 40KV as per IS-335.

Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract of 11 KV HT VCB panel make Kirloskar of following relays, comprising of incomer/outgoing including fault rectification as and when required and carrying out preventive maintenance as per schedule, replacement of minor spares like control fuses and neutral links etc, job includes carrying out preventive maintenance checks, attending breakdowns, including calibration of relays etc. as required. 630A, 1 incoming + 1 outgoing 11 KV HT panel - 1 set at Andheri Transmitting Station, D N. Nagar.

800A, 1 incoming + 2 outgoing, 11 KV HT panel - 1 set at ARSR Radar, Juhu Airport.

Locating & Pinpoint the cable fault in PVC insulated PVC sheathed Power cable of following sizes with necessary machine and instruments etc. as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of water purifier "Eureka Forbes" model-Hi / low machines with pre-cooler attachment (at least monthly service to be done by Authorized Service Purchaser) including replacement of parts etc. as required.(atleast monthly service must be done) (Quantity 8 nos Purifier for 12 Months hence rate is for 1 year)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Hiring of 12 Meter Height, truck mounted boom lift including Diesel for 8 working hours excluding lunch break of 1 hr.

The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI. (Rates Shall be quoted in multipules e.g. 0.99 or 1.01 Above / Below)

Hiring of JCB including Diesel for 9 working hours including lunch break of 1 hr.

Hire charges for providing One Number Bolero/TUV 300+/ (Air-conditioned) or Equivalent Vehicle along with driver, fuel, insurance, all consumables etc. for all days including sunday and holidays. monthly usage is limited to 1500 Kms and period of useage is 11 Hrs per day [9.00 Hrs to 20.00 Hrs.)
