Steel Renewal of structural plates (with Stiffeners) of deck and bulkheads including tank tops of thickness as specified below with testing of weld joints by DPT. Steel plates supplied by Yard.All consumables material supplied by contractor. (a) 6mm thickness and below

Cutting/ Welding/ Modification of existing structure of Decks and Bulkheads and shipside plating including Tanktops. Cutting/ Welding/ Modification of existing steel structure of thickness as specified below: Internal members like web frames and T bars to be fabricated and fitted by the vendor. (Steel plates supplied by Yard, all consumables material supplied by contractor) (a) 6mm thickness and below

Renewal /Repair of primary foundation attached to inner bottom. Cropping & renewal of primary foundation in -situ.

Material build up of weld seams/pits/cracks in hull structures, followed by grinding and DPT. Material: DMR 249A/D40S/MS/B-Quality steel. Standards:NES 155, NES 706 (Inclusive of Material)

APT of all kind of Underwater tanks/void spaces/cofferdams/stern tubes/sonar dome. Includes repairs/blanking of manhole covers( with new rubber gaskets / studs/ bolts/as required) and defect rectification of all structural leaks as per the NO. 01/15

Sea Tubes (a) Repair & Build ups of sea tube/Sea chest (i) up to 50mm Dia sea tubes(wall Thickness 10mm)
