Closing and Opening of OTB across Galgibag and Talpona (Part) Rivers under the jurisdiction of SD-I, WD- XI, Canacona in Canacona Taluka for the year 2026-27.

Clearing and cutting, removal of wooden logs, trees and branches struck to the bandharas obstructing the normal flow of water

Earthwork in excavation by desilting of river , nallahs ponds ,etc. by mechanical means in all type of strata comprising any of materials such as soil ,sand, clay, gravels, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerated laterite rock, soft rock ,ordinary rock, disintegrated rock , fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all condition such as dry , moist , saturated, submerged foul condition etc. including setting out construction of shoring, strutting removal of stamp and other deleterious matter ,dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lightning, guarding etc backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of excavated stuff in specification areas with 50m lead and lifts etc. and as directed by engineer -in-charge etc .all complete.

Fixing of bandhara gates after monsoon including tranporting the same from Godown/shed upto bandhara site, including loading, unloading with all leads and lifts etc. Sealing of the gates with plastic sheet (as the case may be)to make in water proof including cost towards all consumables if any complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position plastic sheet over the needle fixed between the piers, for closing of the bandhara to prevent leakage through the joint etc complete.

Transportation of wooden planks from the godown to work site during closing operation and from work site to Chapoli godown after removal with an average lead of 20 km by mechanical transport including loading , unloading and stacking. Lead appr.20km

Supplying and filling in plinth under floors, trenches including watering ramming consolidating, dressing, complete in moorum.

Engaging labour for closing the bandhara by placing and fixing the wooden planks in proper position between the piers, laying polythene sheet and filling earth (Moorum) between the wooden planks, etc. manually from Transportation motorable road to bandhara site. loading and unloading. (Semi-skilled),Mazdoor Labour

Removal bandharas gates before onset of monsoon and transporting the same upto godown/shed, including loading, uploading and stacking with all leads and lifts etc. Complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removal of wooden planks to fixed in position between the piers of open type bandhara by manually including removal of earth between the planks and disposal of earth manually , loading and unloading of planks etc.
