Sub Estimate - Replacement of pumping Machineries along with allied works at Jackwell @ Kudal Industrial Area. -- Providing, installing, commissioning and testing of VERTICAL TURBINE, self water lubricated above floor type pump with VHS motor capable of discharging raw water at the rate of 286 Cum/ Hr. at the duty point head and operating at the bowl head of 43 Mtr. with 1450 rpm with IE2 1500 RPM (Synchronous Speed) Vertical solid shaft Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled squirrel cage induction motor conforming to IP-55, Continuously rated(S1) suitable for operation on 415V ± 10% volts, 3ph, 50 Hz ± 5%, combined variation 10%, AC supply ambient 50 deg.C with “F” Class Insulation with temp. rise limited to class “B” (75 deg C) altitude less than 1000m above m.s.l. Performance efficiency Values are conforming to IS 12615 / IEC 60034 of capacity to run the pump of minimum 55 KW / 75HP etc. complete with all accessories . Pump including stainless steel basket type strainer, bowl assembly, column assembly, discharge head, MS base plate of suitable size with minimum thickness of 24 mm, connecting stool etc. complete as per latest IS specifications. The 4 stage pumps with column pipes shall be manufactured from ERW pipes of 10 mm thick and each of maximum 1.5 m length provided with anticorrosive and special treatment paint and all line shafts impellers shafts of stainless steel AISI 410 and impeller should be of Bronze including 25 /30 mm M.S. sole plate and base frame of ISMB 300 x 150 mm with accurate standard 150 mm dia to read entire range of pressure gauge with necessary tubing and isolation cock. including all consumable materials, accurate digital type glycerin Pressure gauge to read entire range of pressure complete with necessary tubing. The complete pump assembly from strainer to discharge head shall have to be connected with stainless steel AISI-304, 316 nut bolts as per detailed specification and the pump operating at 1480 RPM including Component to be coated for VT pump, including providing required C.C. foundation, base channel, all allied material, cutting welding etc. complete. The pump should have Water Lubricated turbine pump complete with Bowl Assembly, Column Assembly, Discharge Head, PLT & Strainer and flat efficiency characteristics between operating range as per detail item specifications. Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing of 55 KW/ 75 HP vertical solid shaft totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) IP 55 type squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles/ sec. (Hz), 1500 RPM (synchronous speed) AC supply having Performance efficiency at full load is 80% & confirming to IS 12615/IEC 60034 and power factor not less than 0.87 @ full load fitted with non-reversible ratchet arrangement and complete with top half clutch with 'F' class insulation with temp. rise limited to class 'B' (75 degree C) for ambient temp not exceeding 45 degree etc. complete.

Providing, erecting, testing & commissioning of 100KVA DG Set for Back up including all allied works etc. complete at Jackwell, Kudal. The item includes Foundations of DG Set, earthing, 2 run of LT Cabling with DWC Pipe enclosure , AMF Panel, Weather shed etc. complete. Permission from Electrical Inspector shall be obtained as per requirement.

Supplying erecting testing and commissioning DI D/F non-rising spindle soft seated glandless Gate Valves with body and bonnet of Ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40, wedge with fully encapsulated EPDM rubber (approved for drinking water ) and seals of NBR. The valves should be with replaceable stem nut and replaceable sliding shoes. Valve stems shall be of single piece thread rolled type. Valve shall have 3 “O” rings of NBR for stem sealing. Gate valve shall be compatible for buried application without valve chamber. Face-to- face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/IS 14846 – PD/EN 558 F4 and flange connections as per EN1092-2/IS 1538, Maximum valve operating torque should be at least 40% less than the torque as stated in the standard EN 1074.
