Taking down complete existing treatment of roof/parapet, mud puska on roof/parapet including plastering, brick tiles, stone slabs and leeping any thickness including removal etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc.including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry (3 Kg of cement per Sqm) mixed with chemical compound in the proportion chemical compound, water and cement (1:4:7) or as per manufacturer's instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting 75 mm wide and 65 deep in brick wall/PCC block/RCC surface any location shaping horizontal face groove filled with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate with and including chemical compound mixed in proportion 200 mili litre per 50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions laid when concrete is still green, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof/sunken slab/wall , complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked.

M & L for Water Proofing treatment on "non approachable/non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal and vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer/authorised applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) Applying approved bituminous based primer conforming to IS: 3384-1955 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm to be applied on top surface of prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with minimum 100 mm side overlap along the length from downward to upward completely sealed with Torch apllication /hot blown lamps. (iii) Applying two coats of bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for roof treatment in repair by complete removal of existing old treatment with following specifications:- (a) Priming plastered surface of roof by applying oil-based bitumen primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on plastered surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Applying/laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick and weight should not be less than 3 Kg/Sqm and sealed the joint with torch application method. (c) Applying a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L cement concrete tiles 25cmX25cm X 22mm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm in sunken portion including cleaning of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate as in sunken portion, sub-base, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 50 mm bore GI tube, light grade as in spout pipe, complete with all fittings laid as in floor etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) of any description n.exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Taking shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sq m each, and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS framed shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail &bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS framed welded/sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & joined together with solvent cement complete all as supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing incl. 3 Nos butt hinges 100 mm long for each door, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100mm butt hinges medium weight medium cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

S & F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts 200 mm long of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium anodised handles 200 mm long of extruded section, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm/450x300x7 mm thick as in dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
