I. EARTH WORK :
Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the location as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.
a) Girth from 301 to 600mm.

Earth work excavation in foundations in Hard rock using wedging, chiselling or any approved method upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete for foundations, plinth beam, strom water drain etc.
a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.
b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.
Cutting of hard rock using plasma cutting using diesel flame under pressure for hard rock followed by pneumatic chiselling in fooundations or retaining wall as directed by Engineer-in Charge, cutting using disel plama gun under 3.5 kg/sqcm, with air using compressor including all equipement complete in line and level as directed by EIC. Note:The rock excavated using this method will be payable over and above the payment of above items mentioned in Earth work excavtion for hard rock, contractor required to quote extra over rate for hard cutting.
a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.
b) From 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.
Murrum from barrow areas from approved earth source from outside for filling in plinth, flooring, roads, apron and leveling the area around the proposed building to required levels after using of approved excavated soil, conveying the approved excavated with all lead, depositing in layers not exceeding 250 mm in thickness, spreading, breaking clods, lumps, watering, dressing, leveling, compacting and consolidating each layer of the filled earth with approved means watering and consolidating with suitable means, including clearing of all the areas involving excavation and filling of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, cutting of trees upto 300 mm girth measured at 1.0 m above ground level, etc. and disposing the spoils within a distance of 50 m as directed.
Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock) in plinth , sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
Excavation in Cutting/Banking/Filling for site leveling or leveling over areas, around the buildings, in plinth, flooring, road formation, aprons, etc., to required levels by mechanical means in all kinds of Soils except Soft and Hard Rock, conveying the approved excavated earth within 200m lead, depositing in layers not exceeding 250mm in thickness, spreading, breaking clods, lumps, watering, dressing, levelling, compacting and consolidating each layer of the filled earth by watering and consolidating with 8 to 10 Ton roller, to proctor density of 95%, dressing the top and sides to correct levels, slopes/camber, grades, profiles, etc., including clearing of all the areas involving excavation and filling, of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, cutting of trees upto 300mm girth measured at 1.0m above ground level, etc., and disposing the spoils to places as directed, etc., complete all as directed. Note: 1. Proctor density test of consolidated soil shall be carried out and will be paid under separate item. 2. Spoil should be disposed of within 200 mts. 3. Quantity of cutting will be measured for payment
Lead charges for the 1/ 2 KM or part thereof for additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively.
a) For soil for 1KM lead.
b) For Debris/rock 1Km lead
c) For soil for 2KM lead.
d) For rock/debris for 2KM lead
II. CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :
Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas. 2. Sand shall be manufactured sand.
Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas. 2. Sand shall be manufactured sand.
Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 330 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas. 2. Sand shall be manufactured sand.

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-20 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas. 2. Sand shall be manufactured sand.
III. FORM WORK :
Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed for Foundation, pedestals, plinth beams, etc.,
a) Below and Upto Finish Floor Level
b) Above Finish Floor Level
IV. REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL
Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag,Sail, JSW make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI in heavy quality conforming to relevant BIS2062/ 1239 of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved anti corrosive paint of shalimar product for embedded portion of pipe as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed.
Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make), loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and Drilling holes of 25mm dia to a depth of 600mm in the existing rock and providing and fixing 16mm dia HYSD bars of 1200mm length and grouting with non-shrink, free flow grout pf M/s. ACC or Fosrac of Grade not less than 30 N/Sqmm for anchorages of reinforcement rods including cleaning testing with water for fissures if any, cost of all meterials, etc., complete as directed.
V. STONE MASONRY :
Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals and drains at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed.
VI. BRICK MASONRY :
Brick work using quality flyash (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed for sub structure etc.,
Brick work using quality flyash bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 ) at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.
Half brick masonry using non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming to IS :12894 in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement. Note:- Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item.
VII FLOORING :
Providing and laying at all floors and levels 6mm (min) thick first quality glossy/ matt / antiskid/rustic / digital collection etc. ceramic tile flooring as per the approved pattern and colour as mentioned below conforming to IS 15622 latest of edition from approved list of maufacturers or equilvalent laid in cement mortar bedding / backing, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/cutout if necessary, wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc.complete all as per drawing specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. a) In flooring with rustic/matt finished/ 300x300mm, 600 x 600mm or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) b) In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing. c) Anti skid ceramic tile with 300x300 or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20/15mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4. In dado / clading with tile of size 200x300mm or size as per working drawing laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing for toilets. d) Sand shall be crushed stone sand. e) Tiles shall be of make Kajaria/Regency/Somani/Jhonson & Jhonson Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra cement mortar required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.
a) Anti skid ceramic tile with 300x300 or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20/15mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4. for toilets and utility area.
b) In dado / clading with tile of size 200x300mm or size as per working drawing laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing for toilets, utility area and kitchen.
c) Ceramic tile with 300x300 or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20/15mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4. for Kitchen.
d) In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing.
Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite flooring/dado using slabs of gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse Msand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish incuding making holes, molding half round/full round nosing and grooves for antislippery measure etc. complete at all levels as specified and directed.
Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles/full body vitrified in 600x600mm size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make like Kajaria/Regency/Somani/Jhonson & Jhonson , in all colours and shades, laid cement mortar , jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete for entrance foyer, corridors, lobbies, etc. Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra cement mortar required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.
a) In flooring with glossy/rustic/matt finished 600x600 mm or equivalent approved sizes of double charged vitrified tile of make Somany/Kajari or approved equivalent laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand)
b) In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing.
Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for pathway
Kota stone slabs 25mm thick in risers of steps, laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse Msand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. in all levels/height with all lead and lifts including labour, necessary tools and plants, all material, including edging/ nosing and making grooves as per arch design etc,. and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
Providing & fixing 25MM thick Kota stone flooring using stones /slabs of 600mm approx.,of 20mm to 25mm thick for landing of staircase laid over 20mm (average) thick base base of 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse Msand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete w in all levels/height with all lead and lifts including labour, necessary tools and plants, all material, etc,. and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
Providing & fixing Kota stone of 25mm thick for shelves/partitions for cupboards including making the chasing, filling in CM 1:3 M sand, finishing , rubbing and polishing complete in all levels/height with all lead and lifts including labour, necessary tools and plants, all material, etc,. and as per the direction of Engineer In Charge
Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) cahrges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item)
VIII: DOORS AND WINDOWS
Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other FRAMES / CHOWKHAT comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ) , Modulus of Elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardent and fixed in position with M.S hold fast / lugs / SS dash fastners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. ( M.S hold fast / lugs or SS dash fastners). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames , minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
a) Frame size 50 x 100 mm.
b) Frame size 65 x 100 mm.
Providing and fixing factory made single extruded wpc ( Wood polymer Composite ) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) having minimum frame density of 650kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 1800N (Face ) & 900 N ( Edge ) , Modulus of Elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardent, include providing and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with neccessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S Screws, for each door complete as directed. For toilet doors all as per direction of engineer in Charge.

Providing wood work with CP teakwood in frames for doors using II class teakwood at all heights above plinth level wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing with suitable size of coach screws wherever required / M.S. hold fasts of size 40 mm x 3 mm and 200 mm long, bent to shape embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks for door frames, fixed in position with necessary lugs rawl plugs and screws and coach screws, applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces of door frame and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete, etc., complete as indicated in drawings and as directed for Main door

IX. PLASTERING AND POINTING :

Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
X. WATERPROOFING :
Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanada Chemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for underground drains and lift pit etc.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of average thickness of 110mmm ( minimum 65mm thick) including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the sunken floor of water closets, bath rooms, nahanis from inside at all heights above plinth level giving injections to the concrete surface as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honey-combs, etc., in the concrete, applying waterproof plaster of about 25 mm thick for the floor area of the depression and about 18 mm on the side walls of the depression and continue the vertical treatment if necessary on the walls above proposed floor finish with making surface suitable and even to receive tiles, testing the treatment for water tightness by impounding water for 7 days etc., complete.
Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm.The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm
For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.
Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations upto the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops , Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick), conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete as specified and directed
XI. PAINTING:
Walls and ceiling painting with premium acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.of Asian or equivalent in Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger brand, manufacture and shade over two coats of approved primer at all heights above plinth level including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding and cleaning, etc., complete and as directed.
Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint with comprehensive warranty of 5 years of required shade of Makes Asian - Apex Ultima or equivalent in Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality haying 100% acrylic, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying and filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete. Note :- Minimum Usage Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. or as per manufacturer's specification
Painting wooden surfaces with one coat of wood primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, cleaning, sand papering, including applying and filling crevices or wherever required suitable filler etc, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete for main door.
Polishing to wood surfaces/ teak vineer surfaces with malamine coating

GI pipe hand rail made out of 32 mm /25 mm nominal bore GI pipes (Jindal, Tata or equivalent) of medium quality conforming to IS 1239, 32 mm n.b. as top fabricated horizontal and vertical members and 25 mm nominal bore as middle and /bottom horizontal members at and at all heights above plinth level, cut to size and shape including necessary bends, tees or with welding as required and fixed in position by grouting or by welding to insert plates provided etc., complete, painting with a coat of approved primer comparable to receive polyurethane paint, etc., complete as specified and directed. for type B

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting.The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. XVI. ROAD WORK :
Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m ,above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Earth work in rough excavation in all kind of soils, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m
Surface excavation not exceeding 300mm to 450mm deep for road, pavement, building area, formation etc in required camber, profile, excavating using mechanical equipment or any suitable means, filling the ditches with the good available earth, spreading, breaking clods, lumps, watering, dressing, leveling, compacting and consolidating surface with 5 to 8 tonne roller including clearing of all the areas involving excavation and filling of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, cutting of trees upto 300 mm girth measured at 1.0 m above ground level, etc. and disposing the spoils within a distance of 50 m as directed for area levelling/ land grading before start of work for flooring and road work.

Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per manufacturers Specifications, pumping /lifting, concrete to the required locations, concrete laid to proper camber, profile, level / slope / gradient in panels of convenient size by alternate / staggered panels, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, applying Two (2) coats of bituminous paint at the contact surfaces of construction joints, forming Expansion Joints of 12mm thick, providing necessary form work, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed for Pavements/road .
Providing, fixing, filling and sealing expansion/construction joints using 12 mm thick bitumastic board manufactured by M/s. STP Ltd., or any other approved equivalent in expansion joints of cement concrete roads including cleaning the surfaces where joints are formed applying one coat bitumastic emulsion cutting the board to the required sizes placing in position filling and sealing the top of the joints with Salitex sealing compound of size 12 x 20 mm deep, using compound manufactured by M/s.
