Construction of additional Type-I one number Residential building over existing Type-I building at Trout fish farm Janjehli Distt Mandi H.P (SH:- Re-construction of damaged portion of intake channel HDPE pipe line & outlet )

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including pumping or bailing out water upto all lead and lifts,as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etcetra as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses graiting, ladder and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm four millimetre dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (one hundred into one hundred millimetre) (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) pecent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 (forty ) kg each as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying jointing and commissioning HDPE Pipe (PN-10PE-100)having 10 kg/sqcm & jointing the pipe with MS Flanges of 20mm thickness joined with fusion welding process to the pipe having 18 holes of 16mm dia. With 18 nuts & bolts of 16mm with rubber washer & including bends ,tees, collars, reducers etc. Of requiredc degree and size where required and making the flange joint at interval of 12 mtr c/c of pipe. 160 mm (one hundred sixty Milimeter)Dia. pipe including testing within all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP3 class (medium duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 600 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
