Supply of elevated type high intensity Bi-directional Runway Halogen type edge light (HIRL) fittings complete with lens holder, Bidirectional lens, lens, clamping mechanism, lamp holder, halogen lamp central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary lead base plate with 6 nos. of stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers & other accessories with lens, filters etc. as required confirming ICAO Annex-14 Vol-I, design manual part IV & V and confirming to ICAO requirement complete as required and as per the enclosed particular specification.

Supply of uni-diectional high intensity elevated type (HIRL) fittings Runway End Light fixtures complete with base plate, breakable coupling, lighting assembly, rate filter, blanking sheet, connecting lead,gaskets etc as required confirming ICAO Annex-14 Vol-I, design manual part IV & V and confirming to ICAO requirement complete as required and as per the enclosed particular specification.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of elevated type high intensity (HIRL) runway edge light/runway End Light fitting in the existing transformer housing box including making connection with isolating transformer etc. as required.

Supply of medium intensity (MIRL) elevated type omni directional Taxiway/Apron edge light/Turning Pad Light fittings complete with 01W LED along with all accessories like base plate, outer blue glass, clamping mechanism, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plug of 30 cm long, base plate with 6 Nos. stainless steel bolts, spring plain washer and other accessories etc. and conforming to particular specification.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of medium intensity (MIRL) elevated type omni directional Taxiway/Apron edge light/Turning Pad Light fittings on the existing transformer housing box i/c installation of isolating transformer, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories, alignment leveling, making transformer connections & earth connection etc. as required.

Supply of 5 KV, Cu grade plug and receptacle of type I class "B" connector suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed/ XLPE insulated cable single core 6 Sq.mm copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required.

Supply of following capacity 5 KV grade 50 Hz individual series to series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyster resin finally moulded with neoprene type rubber as specified in particular specification etc as required.(Make- As per approved list )

Dismantling of existing runway / threshold/ runway end/ turning pad/ Taxiway Apron edge light fittings from runway/ Taxiway & cleaning of transformer housing box & depositing the fittings to AAI store.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminius surface of suitable depth and width for following layers of secondary cable laying and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc complete as required.

Laying of one number 2 x 4 sqmm copper conductor airfield lighting secondary cable upto grade 1.1 KV in the existing HDPE pipe etc. as required.

Supply & laying of 50/38 mm double wall corrugated high density polyethylene ( DWC HDPE) pipe, complete with accessories like couples, bends, tea etc in the soil for GLF work upto 500 mm deep back filling & making good the same as per the site requirement.
