Providing painting to the compound wall at Salagramapuram including mural art on the wall for aesthetic appearance and protection of VPA lands

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete.All labour and materials.

Providing and laying cement plaster(In fine sand) 20mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litr etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing painting two coats with weather coat APEX ULTIMA (PU) smooth exterior paint or equivalent of approved quality,colour and shade etc.., on plastered/concrete surface including cleaning the surface ,watering etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing mural arts decorative theme on the walls for giving visual feel to the visitors tourists etc including overall through cleaning of surface of old surface of walls, painting one primary coat using first quality cement primary exterior variety and two coats of acrylic emulsion medium APEX ultima protek, weather proof exterior paintings as per directions of concerned officials of VPA and as per approved desgin etc, including cost of all materials,tools,artists/painter charges labour charges, scaffolding and conveyance of all materials to site etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Transportation of Lime ,Moorum,buliding rubbish up to a lead of 12 KM, inlcuding stacking, loading ,unloading etc..,and levelling at the place of unloading etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete.
