M & L for non skid colour ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile joint free exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, as in floors etc set over and including of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 - 25mm thick set over and including high performence adhisive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhisive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 20 - 25mm thick in skirting, riser etc set over and including high performence adhisive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhisive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including rendering for screed bed on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to receive wall tiles.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster on roof surface with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement plaster surface should be even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note . (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre fabricated , reinforced with non woven polyester, of minium 3.50 Kg/Sqm 3 mm thick (minium) with minium 75 mm side overlaps and minium 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M & L for brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm

M&L for sunken treatment of WC/Bath with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement including water tightness test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours with following :-

Demolition of existing PCC /lean concrete including floor tiles and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in sunken portion with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement plaster surface should be even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note . (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for sunken portion filled with lean concrete 1:5:10 using brick/lime aggregate and finish the surfaces rough to receive sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete in flooring type Bo, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement for laying floor tiles. Note (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Taking down existing UNSV copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

Dismantling and taking out submain wiring 2/3/4/6 wire of any size, segregating for material for reuse, making good disturbed surface of walls/floors to match with existing surface and taking out from site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
