Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site , true to lines as per plan, L section , Cross slope, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lift & leads, required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in drawings by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt with the stones available from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muck, without otherwise damaging the forest , forest land , utilities, private and public properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract, MORD specification Clauses 1601,1602 & 1603, and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

PROTECTION WORK :

Excavation for stucture : Earth work in Excavation foundation for cross drainge structurs reting walls brest walls & other similar stuctures in all types of soil and rock as met at site with allfeard, lifts and disposal of surplu erth as directed by Engineer in charge including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work in accordance with the MORD as per Technical Specification Clause 305.1 & 300

For retaining wall & B/W

Random Rubble stone masnory for structures laid in 1:5 cement & sand mortar by locally available appooved stone and sand from approved quarry including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work cross drainage & as per MORD specification for cross drainage structures, retaining walls, breast walls & other similar structures etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

For retaining wall & B/W

Random Rubble Masnory laid dry in breast wall, retaining wall, parapets, scupper etc. Including supply of all materials, labour, t & p & royalty etc. required for proper completion of work (As per PWD Uttarakhand specification )

Providing & Laying HP stone filling in back of walls by locally available approved stone including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

For retaining wall & B/W

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates of 3.00 X 1.50 X 1.25 meter size with 4mm dia G.I wire conformaing to IS: 280 & IS: 4826 in 100 mm X 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weinghing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specification 1304.4.3 of MORD and as directed by Engineer in charge.

For X-Sec

Providing and fixing of C.C edge stone 12 cm x 12 cm x 60 cm size in M-15 cemetn concrete with 4 nos 8mm dia HYSD vertcal bars and 3 nos. 6mm dia MS bar strrups as per approved Drawing including 2 coat white washing on valley side of formation as directed by Engineer in charge and MORD specification for Rural Roads 2014.

CONSTURCTION OF PARAPET

Consturction of parapet in RR stone masonary laid in 1:5 C/S mortar providing M10 grade concret in foundation and M20 cemet concrete in top plaster in 1:4 C/S mortar & flush pointing in 1:3 C/S mortar as required and specified in detailed drawing with white wahsing complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
