Reconstruction of superstructure of the Existing bridge
OD139338/2021-2022:Labour, Equipment, supervision charges etc for splicing and dismantling bridge using hydraulically operated Diamond cutting equipments such as wire saw, wall saw etc including drilling core on structure for lifting and shifting the elements using suitable capacity cranes, crushing the dismantled pieces and seggregating the reinforcement etc as per the requirement of the Engineer- in- charge and site conditions. There are provisions for breaking the whole concrete structure part by part in small quantities considering environmental and safety aspects, protecting the river from falling debris. The process has to be completed step by step in a careful manner and specialized, mechanical means to be adopted. Since the river being navigation channel, it is to be protected from falling debris of the dismantled bridge. The entire structure is to be dismantled in piece by piece and considering the structural aspects, waterways are never to be blocked during the process. The rate includes breaking and segregating the reinforcement as well as the disposal of debris to a distance of 1000m - Prestressed / reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above - By Mechanical Means
