Every year annual Rs. 10.00 Cr turnover certified balance sheet by a Chartered Accountant

Tenderer should also give a self Declaration in an Rs.200.00 Stamp paper as per Annexure-2

Experience Certificate for the last 05 Years for having man power services provided to Govt Hospitals whose bed Capacity is 450 or more (2019-20,2020-21,2021-22,2022-23 &2023-24)

The Tenderer Should Have on their name minimum two works at present as the last date of submission of tender A self attested certificate in the letter head of the tenderer is required to be submitted by the tenderer

Firm Bank statement from 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2025 (Attested by Bank Seal and Signature)

Tender processing fee in the form of DD favor of Director KHPIMS Gadag. of Rs.5000/- Should be submitted at the time of Original document verification evaluation.
