Surface excavation n'exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep including clearing all type grass,vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth roots, and trees n'exc 30 cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distance 50 m outside the periphery of the area and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in Cement Mortar or cement line mortar including all quicrs arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete artcles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits, manholes, peir holes etc. n'exc.10 sqm on plan and n' exc 1.50 M depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n,exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L RCC in M 25 as in Foundation, including rafts, footing, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations , footing , bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits ( if any ) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter and rough finish flat & surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in M 25 columns, pillars, piers posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in M 25 Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams, etc and rough finish flat suface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for TMT Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for TMT Mild steel bars 5 mm to 8 mm dia and over n exc 10mm, cut to length, bent to shape required, including, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size as per IS12894-2002 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Cement Base paint over a coat of cement base primer of new surface including all new preparation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for hand-rail sraight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to seps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets( for securing wiremess etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surface and applying of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide on newly steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanished. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacingsand straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanished mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 610 mm dia having 50 Nos round per 6 mtr length, spring core wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165Kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.47gm per meter and fixing the same with existing/New Y shape angle iron placed 3m apart with all fixing arrangement GI wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note ; the Concertina coil shall be fixed on existing Y section angles and Dia shall be be maintained 610mm. including fixing clips / binding wires required for tieing up concertina to angle iron frame.
