M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Coarse aggregate for granolithic floors graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick incl well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread , levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc.250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5m complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Cement concrete in surface channels and drains in 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C2 ( 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including use & waste of formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, 1:3:6 Type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) challah hoods, hajjes, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of formwork.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column etc, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) Quality 'A' or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel Framed work (Fe-290 grade E-165) as in doors, grill or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of anti corrosive Epoxy paint over a coat of Epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed
