Providing & Deploying Housekeeping Staff / Safai Karamchari (9 Male + 5 Female) for Cleanliness which includes Sweeping, Mopping, Cleaning and Dusting all Office Rooms, Pantries, Washrooms, Floors, Staircases, Corridors, Common Areas including Green & Parking Areas, Ramp Area, Basement and other areas etc. including collection and disposal of Solid waste as per applicable MC/CHD Administration rules & regulations complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge ( 14 Nos x 12 months)

Supervisor for Overall Supervision for the Housekeeping & Cleaniness activities to compliance with the directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respects. (1 No x 12 months)

EPF @ 13.61% (on Rs.15*15000*12= 27,00,000) (27,00,000*13.61% = Rs. 3,67,470)

ESI @ 2.5%

Providing and arranging all necessary Machinery & Equipments including all Cleaning & Sweeping materials like Dry & Wet Floor Mope, Cleaning agents, Floor Cleaners, Disinfectants, Glass Cleaners etc. including providing all required safety Equipments like safety Belts, Helmets, Rubber Gloves etc. including disposal of Solid Waste to MC Limits/Rules (Moping Machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Scrubber etc. to be arranged by agency) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid for any machinery equipments, cleaning materials, consumables or safety equipments required for satisfactory completion of work beyond the provision made above.)
