Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m deep as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft walls, cesspit, manhole etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

M & L for broken brick aggregate hard core of gauge not exec 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using (40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in path or pave way or plinth protection etc. finished rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 25 mm thick and the surface is finished rough to receive the topping layer.

Material and labour for brick work with locally available sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Supply of Liquid water proofing compound : Make Dr fixed ( as per manufacturers & Instructions).

Excavating post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m making gd surface soft/loose soil surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 ( 40mm graded aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel in joist channel angle or Tee section fixed independently without connecting plates etc confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B of all specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B of all specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces by applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer. Make : Nerolac (Beauty), Asian Paint Ltd, Barger (Bison)

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces by applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer. Make : Nerolac (Beauty), Asian Paint Ltd, Barger (Bison)

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Material & Labour 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cm 1:4 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 10mm thick screed bed to wall in cm (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 mm thick over screed base including cutting & polishing etc complete

All as per item No.22 above but as in dado/skirting, riser etc to be cutting required size.
