M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls including preparation of old decorated surfaces including filling minor holes with wall care putty and brooming down and scrabing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from internal plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over and including 2 coat of wall care putty (min 1mm thick) on scrapped/uneven surfaces of any description to match with the existing surfaces before application of paint etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for one coats of acrylic exterior emulsion (weather proof) paint on walls ,parapets,facia,soffit of projections and other surface including preparation of old decorated suface by brooming,closing of minor holes,preparation of corners,edges etc by using required putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint on walls ,parapets,facia,soffit of projections and other surface including preparation of old decorated suface by brooming,closing of minor holes,preparation of corners,edges etc by using required primer/putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on walls /security wall including preparation of old decorated surfaces with brooming down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one or more coats of French polishing on old surfaces of any description, width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one or more coats of wood floor polishing Weiman or equilevant on old surfaces of any description,to achieve the shining surfaces upto desired level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old/new painted concrete surface (as in Chequered tiles, Interlocking tiles, walkway, driverways and terrace floors & kerb stone etc) and apply one two coat of floor coat Emulsion paint (ordinary tint) of any description over 10cm girth and width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plaster or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered old surface but applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning exposed mineral substrate like stone/Grit wash/Brick/Concrete/cement paint and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, vegetation trowth etc with and including suitable chemical emulsion with fine silica, mixed with clean water as per manufacturer's instruction by using suitable machine gun nozzle (creating high pressure for flow of the water) , without causing any scratching/damage to the existing surface and applying breathable, non-film forming, non reactive, antifungal and water repellent silane/siloxane silicone chemical diluted with solvent mineral Turpentine oil in the ratio of 1:12 (one part of approved chemical:12 part of mineral Turpentine oil) , on the existing surface with two coats of ready mixed chemical to give uniformity as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed (Rate is inclusive of all materials and labour involved with scaffolding)

Taking down cement plaster/grit wash from facia, walls of any description etc and removing debris/ malba to low line area out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls, facia etc to be finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 19 here-in-before but in CM 1:4.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling, facia/soffits of slabs etc to be finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) including setting coat complete all as spd

M&L for Rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in Cm 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces complete as specifed in SSR pat -I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of creshed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generallly of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion exterior quality over and including a coat of water based primer (Apex painting) (tint and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified. Note:- Paint and primer shall be of 1st quality.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper(white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- This item includes use of necessary scafffolding and safety net up to G+5 storey building and no extra payment shall be paid for that. Contractor should keep this aspect in mind while quoting the rate

M&L for clearing away all grass, cleaning/brooming to terrace floor, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling ground, and removing rubbish outside the MoD periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling gaps of external surfaces up to 12-20 mm wide between the peripheral members as masonry/stone/glazing/ACP sheets shall be sealed by inserting baker rod and weather silicon and prepheral gaps between the edges of mullion to make joints complete water proofing after removing all joints fillers and cleaning the surfaces including all T&P,scaffolding etc up to G+6 storied building all as specified and directed.

M/L for preparation of old decorated wall /ceiling surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor tiles / hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 300 mm long stainless steel sliding door bolt hasp staple (bolt type) and fixed clips of sheet cast or extruded section fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs aluminium sheeting 0.56 mm thick fixed to wooden shutters with CP screw including cutting to required size etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs floor door stopper of stainless steel body and tongue anodised with drawn steel spring fixed to door with overall length of cover plate 140mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia brass chromium plated tubular towel rail of size 60 cm long including brackets. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 5.5mm thick sheet glass of any colour, ordinary quality and glazing with snap beading and gasket etc. for aluminium door & window of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium body designation No 2, universal type, suitable for door shutter of 701 to 850 mm in width complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stailess steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty fixed complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair health faucet (hand jet) ABS body mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 m long flexible tube and ABS wall hooks including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specefied and directed.

Removing Debris/ demolished materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to outside MoD land from 5KM upto 20KM lead at approved municipal dumping ground complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (i) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (ii) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc, hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to G + 6th storeys height of bldgs. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) and necessary T&P / equipment and safety gear shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect
