Material & Labour Chequred cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick coloured rubber pressed glossy finish of approved pattern & shade as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with colour pigment over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, treads of step, 18-20mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of kota stone shall be rounded complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 15-18mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as risers of steps, skirting, dado etc laid over all including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of Grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over and including 40mm thick fine sand cushion including sides are tappered with 75mm in width by PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone agg.) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry precast PCC block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
