which includes cleaning of floor, Walls,

Urinals, WC tub, wash basin etc. with

using necessary chemicles like phenyl /

Harpic / Detergents, brushes, coco broom,

Air purifiers, Liquid hand wash etc

complete as per the instruction of EIC

(Note:- Acid phynel, Air freshener,

Neptha ball, Liquid, soap, coco broom,

soft broom, stick, zadu for jala/bawa

and topala/kaantan required shall be

brought by contractor at his own cost

as per general consumption frequency)

Requirment of unskilled labour for

following work

(A) Work for the cutting & removing of

grass shrubs with removing of unwanted

plants like bordies, Ankads, nagtalls etc.

400kV Vav S/S primises Switchyard

campus all area inside cable trench, road

area, shallow gutter brick pitching IPS

open area, colony area along with disposal

of cut grass shrubs & unwanted plants

etc.also Cleaning the cable trench of yard,

Removal/Disposal of scrap or unwanted

material from whole yard area outside the

premises of s/s area and cleaning the

dustbin during day hours located at

different places in colony, C/R,as per

direction of EIC.

(B) Spreading "Round Up" (Glyphosphate

41% SL) -Required material for spreading

i.e.spray pump/sprayer, nozzle etc will be

arrange by Contractor.

Safety rules and laws shall be followed

strictly by contractor persons. 6.5 %

rate are included "Round Up"

(C) Cleaning of (a) Staircase from ground

floor first floor & terrace of CR Floor of CR,

GIS room,office door, windows, glasses,

battery room, AC room, store room,

division office,Drainage pipe line, Cleaning

of furniture lighting and fans etc. with

broom & pota with phenyl.

(26 days avg. X 12 Months =

Note- One round should be completed

within a week after intimation & as per

instruction,.Also cleaning the dustbin

during day hours located at different

places in colony, C/R, Switch yard with

loading, unloading, transportation and

throwing away the waste outside.Above

man power as and when require and also

they will be utilize under VAV division

substation as per requirment.
