PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN SOUTH SIDE OF RUNWAY AT AF STATION JODHPUR UNDER GE AF JODHPUR

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails and applying two coats of white lime wash to walls including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of Ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying a coat of white cement base wall care putty and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for complete removal of old existing treatment from surfaces of Walls, Ceiling, Chajjas, including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion (White or tinted) in camouflage pattern (as approved by GE/User unit) over one coat of alkali resistance primer, on surfaces of Walls, Ceiling, Chajjas including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Material & labour for preparation old painted steel surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality in camouflage pattern (as approved by GE/User unit), including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubish outside MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for nominal mix RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fins, facias, louvers, shelves and similar articles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for formwork to fins, facias, louvers, shelves and similar articles including edges for rough finished flat surface complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rewriting letter or figures (Block/ Roman/ Indian/ Italian) height not exceeding 30 cm with thick paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.
