Taking out old unserviceable/damaged shelves and S&F new shelve made out of 1mm MS sheet bent to required shape properly in position complete all as directed

Taking out unserviceable shutters & Supply and fixing new Steel shutters made out of 1mm MS sheet Made to required size and shape as per drg suitable for three way locking device and fixed with suitable size of MS Screws complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted iron & steel surfaces (Externally and internally including shelves etc) by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dents and scratches, if any filling the same with paste filler and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer by brush (1st grade quality, shade shall be approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Castor Wheel : Removing the existing unserviceable or broken castor wheel and S&F of New Castor wheel to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Handle : Removing the existing broken/ unserviceable handle from the chair and S&F new handlemade out of Black Integral Skin Polyurethene reinforced with MS insert scratch and weather resistant to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Bottom Base : Removing the existing unserviceable or worn out bottom base from the Chair. Supply and fix new Base to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing old u/s seat and S&F new seat made out of plywood (Make: Greenply/Century/Archidply) 12mm thick BWR Grade ISI Marked confirming to IS-303 with 4mm dia 50mm long semi circular nut and bolts with washers drilling holes including seat and conduit frame all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown in drg.

Removing old u/s back and S&F new backt made out of plywood (Make: Greenply/Century/Archidply) 12mm thick BWR Grade ISI Marked confirming to IS-303 with 4mm dia 50mm long semi circular nut and bolts with washers drilling holes including seat and conduit frame all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown in drg. in drg.

Removing unserviceable shoes and S & F new rubber shoe best quality all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for welding to broken steel frame of Chair for Senior/Middle Standard.

Removing old unserviceable hand board of Chair and S&F new hand board top openable fixed on right hand side made of 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated MDF Board exterior grade (make: Greenply/century/action tesa) ISI marked confirming to IS-14587 Grade-I of shade as approved by GE with standard PVC edging/wooden edging as specified and shown on drg.

S&F 4 mm thick PVC sheet for seat (Make:- Classic,Amko,cello) of Chair Verandah complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by the Eng - in - Charge.

S&F 4 mm thick PVC sheet for back (Make:- Classic,Amko,cello) of Chair Verandah complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by the Eng - in - Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable shoes and S & F rubber/PVC shoes to to leg of chair varandah complete all as specified and directed.
