Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material and deposited where directed at a distance not more than 50M from starting point and not more than 1.5M above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of CI/GI pipes at pump houses such as suction and delivery main with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per MES colour code including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing down old existing paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of RCC under ground sump of 100000 Gallon following capacity after de-watering and cleaning scrapping with steel brushes/hessin cloths of the sump walls from inside including floor of the sump complete and repair to vent pipes including providing wire mesh and clamps complete all as specified and as directed. Note: If work is not done upto satisfaction level of concerned JE/AGE (E/M) , the work will be redone upto the required level without any extra cost. Necessary tools and safety measures to be arranged by contractor. Note : Cleaning should be carried out as per direction of Engineer in Charge with an intervel of 5 to 6 months of Contract period.

M & L for cleaning of Overhead tank of 40000/50000 Gallon capacity by scratching and cleaning inside walls,pillars and floors with bleaching powder and clean water including taking out dirt, mud from storage tank including stag at site and removal from out side MD land and repair to vent pipes including providing wire mesh to cover all air gap holes and clamps complete all as directed . Note: If work is not done upto satisfaction level of concerned JE/AGE (E/M) , the work will be redone upto the mark without any extra cost. Necessary tools and safety measures to be arranged by contractor.cleaning should be carried out as per direction of Engineer in Charge with an intervel of 5 to 6 months of Contract period

M & L for cleaning of Static water tank (fire fighting) with latest technology by mechanised dewatering ,sludge removal,vaccum cleaning including high pressure cleaning system and providing anti bacterial spray complete all as directed . Note: If work is not done upto satisfaction level of concerned JE/AGE (E/M) , the work will be redone upto the mark without any extra cost. Necessary tools and safety measures to be arranged by contractor.

M & L Drilling and tapping cast iron/GI water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia of 20mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Disconnecting the existing non functional submersible pump set from electric supply from panel, dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity 20/15 HP and in any position, along with existing column pipe 100mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well (approximately 450 feet depth of pump set from GL) and staking the pump and column pipes near by the bore well for inspection complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - ( i ). Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

(ii). Number of column pipe may vary from 30 to 50, The existing pipes & flanged joints shall be checked for its serviceability & unserviceable joints along with flanges shall be removed from the column pipe by cutting the pipes & making new thread in pipes for fixing of new flange joint, the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for above item. However cleaning of pipes if any required shall be measured & paid separately.

Labour only for Lowering down of the submersible pump set of any description and any capacity 20/ 15 HP and in any position, in bore well along with column pipe 100 mm dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 450 feet depth of pump set from GL) complete all as specified and directed including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering.

Laour only for dismantling/taking down of complete centrifugal pump assembly after disconnecting existing water supply pipe line and electric connection from 30 HP motor and transporting to work shop opening the pump and replacement of unserviceable worn out parts refixing ,overhaualing,reassmbling and alignment with replacement of following unserviceable parts and refixing the same back to pump house plat form including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Rates for greese,lubricating oil and galnd packing deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) Pump motors measured under this item will not be measured under any other items.

Supply of portable drinking water through tanker/bouser for domestic use including transportation from source to U/G sump Makarpura Afs Baroda. The water should have the following main factors :- Note :(The item executed only when RO plant under breakdown more than 12 Hours) (a)Water should be clear and from all suspended matters both Hyganic & inorganic matter. (b) Water should be free from taste and odour. (c) Water should be colour less and no vegetable stain should be present. (d) Water should be soft that it should not contain dissolved impurities like calcium or magnesium bicarbonate and Sulphates. (e) Water should be soft and should be free from all pathogenic organism causing diseases. (f) Copy of gate entry at guard room with vehicle No date and time shall be submitted duly defaced by Engr in charge before claiming payment. Water analysis duly tested by authorised lab will be rendered by supplier before supplying the water.

M&L for water testing in Biological test & chemical test for various location at collection of the sample from the various site ( like Pump house,RO plant,Borewell - I,II, VMC water, and or directed by Engr-in-charge.) from the site will be the responsibility of contractor. Note:- All sample collect various location will be consider under one job only and timely submit the all sample document each month.

M&L for cleaning CIP of RO Plant using authorised chemical with clening of membrane complete all as specified and directed . Note: Date of clening and due date of cleaning /CIP register to be maintained by the contractor duly signed by contractor JE E/M and engineer in Charge. Cleaning should be carried out by authorised technician and ID proof submitted to AGE E/M before carry out the job.

M&L for repairing and servicing of leakages at flanges at various joints such as near pressure guage, motor, pipes and at various location inside RO Plant premises by means of opening from joint and replacing flanges and PVC pipes of required size and length complete with teflon tape, gasket and other accessories complete clearing of leakage all as specified and directed .(Note: Complete clearing of leakage at various locations of plant will be considered under one job)Note: Any spares other then flanges or teflon tape/ packings/gaskets etc will be measured and paid under respective item.
