Construction of road from NH-23 to Mosaposh via Kurdapali (Balance Work) under DMF in the District of Sundargarh.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m outside the perifhery of the area as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD by Manual means as per the direction E.I.C.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with inall lifts and lead upto 1000metres. Unit = sqm Taking output = 100sqm(A/R-2006 page-156 item No-34).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads. Transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MORTH Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing , laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rooling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding matarials to fill up the interstices of corse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) over prepared surface of granular base including clearing road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg / sqm

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surfaces cleaned etc as per Technical Specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.

Fine dressing and turfing with one extra lead of 50m and 1.5m one extra lift as per Sepification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Installing of measurement stones including painting. Lettering in accordance with the specifications and as approved by the Engineer
