OD316629/2025-2026:Supply and installation of pre-wired metal body Anti-glare LED downlight complete with all accessories mounted on ceiling and giving connections with required length of 1.5sqmm 3 core copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or extending the original wiring and giving connection etc. as required. (for fitting in surface / false ceiling) Luker LDS36 MTL or Techno commercial equivalent.

OD316628/2025-2026:Supply , conveyance , installation and testing of recess mount round down light fittings 18W , efficiency not less than 100 lumen /Watt pf greater than 0.95, in the existing opening of false ceiling, giving connections with the existing wire etc., as required. 90.4.1:Supply and installation of suitable size MS rod type fan clamp in the RCC slab as per IS 732 as required.

1.48:Supplying and fixing extra conduit down rod of 20 cm length G.I. pipe 15 mm dia, heavy gauge including painting etc. as required. (Note : More than 5 cm length shall be rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 5 cm or less shall be ignored)

90.4.3:Conveyance installation testing and commissioning ceiling fan of all sizes using standard accessories excluding resistance type regulator wiring the down rod with 16/0.20mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 650/1100V grade 3 core round copper conductor flex wire or extending the original wiring etc. as required.
