M & L cleaning of static water tank of 10000 Gallon capacity by draining out/ pumping out water ,cleaning of mud/ silt at bottom of tank and removing the same and depositing at a place to a lead upto 5.00 KM outside MD land and cleanig the tank with fresh water and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl. Item No.1 above but tank of capacity 50000 gallons

S&F steel rolling shutters of 1.00 mm of laths, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type and MS safety lever lock 4 levers including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with modular fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or on stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding frame truss etc., complete all as directed

M&L for MS steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W gde-e-250 with one coat of Zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS steel work in in hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 410 - O or Fe 310 - O complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete of Fe- 410 (grade -E250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe- 410 (grade -E250) quality 'A' complete all as directed.

M&L for Hard drawn steel wire fabric in available size for covered tanks weight n.exc 4 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long having diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and Fix in repairs 4mm thick galvanised chain link fencing with PVC coating (2.5 mm dia GI wire, 1.5 mm thick PVC coating), 50x50mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including disposing of debris complete all as directed.

M & L for precast RCC cover slabs (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) including all necessary formwork and finishing the exposed concrete surface complete all as specifed and as directed. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately

Mild steel TMT 5 to 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment including plastering below tar felt etc., of any type, any thickness and removing the same exceeding 5 KM outside MD complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound including brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3KG per Sqm as in roofs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Supply and lay HYPERPLAS-STANDARD 3Kg/ Sqm polymeric membrane incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100 Grams/ Sqm, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2Kg/ Sqm each at the top and bottom and applying one coat of aluminium paint on the membrane complete including sealing all the joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10cm overlap complete all as per manufacturer's instructions all as spcified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of exterior weather coat paint to get smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.
