M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls/ceiling surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint on surfaces of walls/ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on surfaces of walls/ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L preparation of newly plaster/unplastered surface of wall applying 2 mm thick layer of wall care putty of approved quality to obtain smooth finishes surfaces for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper using rollers on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M/L preparation of newly plaster/unplastered surface of wall applying putty two coats and sand papering till obtaining smooth surface and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (Having 3 years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying 1.00mm thick wall care putty of approved makes as on wall surfaces till obtaining smooth surface and two coats of oil bound distemper (White or tinted) by Roller complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls, preparing surfaces of walls applying putty two coats and sand papering till obtaining smooth surface and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wall mista of Berger paint or equivalent in Asian Paint, Nerolac etc having 3 years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for item no 08, 09, 10 & 11 :- (a) The old surface shall be prepared by removing all foreign material by mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment as approved by paint manufacturer. (b) Applying a coat of anti fungal growth solution as approved. (c) Wall care putty of required thickness shall be applied to make the surface true level by removing all dents etc as diredcted. (d) The work must got executed through authorised applicator of reputed paint manufacturer by concluding MOU with manufacturer and guaranteed for a minimum period of 3 Years by the manufacturer as approved by GE. (e) All the stages shall be got approved by GE before proceeding to next stage. (f) The make, brand, colour and shade shall be got approved by GE. (g) The application of acrylic paint shall be with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 litre per menuite having pressure of 3300 PSI by allowing 6-8 hours to dry the surface before painting of subsequent coat.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint First quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint First quality omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for writing letters/Bldg Nos or figures(Block, Roman or Indian) on wall 10cm height using synthetic enamel paint white or circular /black painted, black back ground omplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Stops, commans, short liines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc. with synthetic enamel paint to match existing work omplete all as specified and directed..

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces [ internal / external ] including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish to out side A 1 MD land omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to external surfaces of brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting of bushes small trees (Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas , wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finihes with and incl material and labur in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 /Bk work in CM 1:4 as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articlescomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls finished over and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping, benching of manhole / drain slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl finish the surfaces smooth without using extra cement incl demolition of unrenforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level all as specified and as directed.

M & L GI tubing ISI marked medium grade 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connection etc, incl cutting chasing in wall for concealing of pipe if required and including taking down complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M & L GI tubing ISI marked medium grade 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connection etc, complete all as specified including taking down complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 15/20 mm bore tubes and connections medium grade in new or old position to walls, ceiling or laying in floors including taking up or down existing tubing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams and similar work at any position & height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 40mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel 'U' clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150 c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with Mild steel chicken wire mesh including form work where ever required and finished with 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surface to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including all necessary fittings such as bend, tee, junctions, cowl etc, including takingdown old PVC/CI/RCC Pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 31 above but for 75mm bore (dia) complete all as specified and directed..
