Professional fee excluding GST : Percentage of Base Value of the actual cost of project (i.e. on the actual cost of project excluding GST) Note: This is a percentage rate contract. GST shall be paid extra as applicable. Quoted Rate should be inclusive of all expenditure involved in providing services, all cost as well as profit, overheads, TA/DA, other charges and other taxes ecept GST, if any. TDS on IT and GST and other statutory deductions will be deducted as applicable. The cost of items/works, if any, to be directly purchased/carried out by the bank will not be included in the cost of the project for the purpose of calculating professional fee.
